ISC stands for Indian School Certificate
ISC examinations are conducted by the Council for the Indian
School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) for Grade 11 &12
A student joins ISC after completing Grade 10 from any board

In English Literature – Theory paper the syllabus to be covered in class XI

III. A collection of ISC Poems
Project Paper - consists of assessment of Writing Skills. The objective is to produce original, creative and insightful perspectives on the drama / short stories / poems.
NOTES :
Mathematics (Option Subject)
The syllabus is divided into three sections A, B & C.
Section A (65 marks) : Is compulsory for all candidates. Internal choice will be provided in two questions of two marks, two questions of four marks and two questions of six marks each.
Choice between section B & C (15 marks) : Candidates will be required to attempt all questions EITHER from section B or section C.

The Theory paper (80 marks) will be of two parts.
Part I (20 marks) will consist of compulsory short answer questions.
Part II (60 marks) will consist of eight questions, out of which candidates will be required to answer any fivequestions, each carrying 12 marks
**A candidate may opt for three, four or five subjects but not more that five

It is thought to be “easy peasy” !!!
I will opt for it, as I m not good with science.
It doesn’t offer an immediate outcome like sciences or commerce.
Where is the money???
Availability of non conventional career options, which
require a good grounding in Humanities.
A degree in Humanities is a must for a career in Liberal
arts, journalism, clinical psychology etc.
