LCD-TV, aligning the screw holes on the bracket with the screw holes on the back of the LCD.

b. Attach the screen mounting bracket (B) to the LCD-TV using four (4) Phillips screws (I or O); tighten.

Note: If your screen has a recessed pocket, use the included spacers (J) and 20mm Phillips screws (K) for mounting the bracket (B).

c. Insert one (1) hex screw with captive washer (H) into each end of the top shaft on the screen mounting bracket (B) and partially thread the screw into the shaft. Set the LCD-TV with attached mounting bracket aside.

2. Route cables and power cordWith assistance, tilt the unit to one side to install and secure power cord according to the following instructions:

a. Connect the coaxial cable with coupler (F) to the coax connection at the top of the frame. Tighten to secure.

b. Feed the loose end of the coax cable up through the hole in the bottom of the mast and out through the hole beneath the console mounting plate (with the other cables).

c. Route the power cord that will plug into the back of the LCD-TV through the hole at the base of the elliptical, under the lower front shroud on the user’s right side. (You may need to tip the elliptical up to route the cord.) Route the power cord through the three twist clips that are spaced along the mast tube on the user’s right side. Twist the clips to secure the cord in place.

d. Feed the end of the power cord up through the hole in the bottom of the mast and out through the hole beneath the console mounting plate (with the other cables).

e. Remove power cord slack from within the unit and secure excess cable outside the base with attached cable tie.

Note: Complete these instructions during initial assembly of the xRide Commercial Series elliptical (i.e., xR6000), while mounting the console display on the mast. If you are installing the LCD-TV Mounting Arm on a fully-assembled elliptical, you will need to remove the console from the mast and remove the console back cover and the top cover in order to complete these instructions. It may be easier to route cables if you also remove the right front shroud.
