Training Design Competition via “DanTube”

To promote this platform among all employees,we launch a mandatory

competition.

In this competition, employees will take a brainstorm(or Brain

write) with innovation to design or share the most time-saving

and efficient working methods they thought or experienced,

and then post videos on DanTube.

Every employee can watch all the shows and vote. We will elect

100 top employees whose videos are the most creative and

have the highest voting. They will have the attractive bonuses

and even a chance to go on holiday during the time when other

staff are training though the program they designed.

Training Design Competition via “DanTube”

Threat

1. Employees who are in the top 100 may be utopians. So they

may not acquire the creative knowledge if do not attend the

staff training.

2. After the competition,the staff may lose the enthusiasm to

continue to share videos.

3. All the employees may just focus on some aspects, as a

result,the comprehensive and diversity of “DanTube”will be

hard to achieve.

Solution

1. Examine all the employees’ work results(winners are without

exception). During the training time, the winners who are on

vocation can see the practice of each group of staff and in the

last they are required to give comments on the training result.

2. Sharing experience and practice as a part of the employee

performance appraisal.

3. The Home page of the “DanTube”will be designed to be a

map. Like a “mind tree”,each branch link to a certain

department,a position and an aspect of experience. Hold a

brain write each week for the least active section.
