Xzilon aXXess - User Guide
These instructions will help you use the new Xzilon aXXess web site to Print and Submit quotes and contracts, Lookup quotes and
contracts, and Order supplies. You can find this document under the „Application Entry Help‟ link on the Xzilon aXXess Site.
What you will need
1. A computer with Internet access and Internet Explorer browser version 7.0, 8.0, 9.0 & Firefox. You cannot access this site
using any other browser. Please contact your IT administrator to get Internet Explorer installed if you do not have it.
2. Disable pop-up blocker for this site. If you do not know how to do this, please contact your IT administrator.
3. The latest version of Acrobat Reader. If you do not have it, please contact your IT administrator to get it installed.
4. User ID and Password. These will be emailed to you. The User ID is typically your email address. If you do not have this
information, please contact Xzilon™ at 800-553-6866 or your agent.
5. If the User is having an issue viewing the Contract/Quote document, blank window opens after clicking Generate Preview or
Submit & Print, verify that the following settings Internet Explorer (Screen Shot below)
Tools Internet Options Advanced tab
o Make sure “Do not save encrypted pages to disk” is NOT selected

Site Access
1. Launch Internet Explorer browser and type in www.xzilonaxxess.com as the site address.

2. Enter USER ID (email address) and the password. Your user ID and password will be emailed to you individually. You will
be prompted to change this when you first log in.
Note:
Do not use the browser BACK or FORWARD arrow buttons on your browser to go to the previous page or the next page
on this site. Always click on the links at the top to navigate within this site.
3. If you do not remember your password, click the „Forgot your password?‟ link at the bottom and enter your email address.
Your temporary password will be emailed to you that you can use to log in to the site. After you first log in with your
temporary password, you will be required to change your password.

To Submit a New Xzilon™ Quote
1. Go to the Quote, New. You will be automatically taken to this screen when you first login.

2. The following fields are required to do a Quote on the Xzilon programs:
Plan Purchase Date
Vehicle Information
VIN – all other vehicle attributes except the ones listed below will be populated once you select the VIN.
Exterior/Interior Color
Sale Odometer (the mileage on the vehicle at the time of sale)
Vehicle Purchase Price
Products
Default XPM Template
Program – there should be only one choice Xzilon™ XPM
Plan – Select Xzilon™ Plus, Standard or X4
o Purchase Price – the price the customer is paying for this warranty

If the customer wishes to purchase the Program, go back into the Quote and complete the customer information
o First Name
o Last Name
o Address
o Vehicle purchase price
o Program and Program Purchase price
3. Choose Submit button to see a copy of the warranty and to print for the customer, warranty number will be generated and print
on the contract. This Quote is now on file with Xzilon.

Note
If you have not disabled the Pop Up blocker on your browser, the warranty document will not be generated. You will
see a message on your browser that says „Pop-up blocked. To see this pop-up or additional options, click here….‟
Click on this message and select „Always allow pop-ups from this site‟
2. Print generated quote There will be 3 copies of the top page for the consumer to sign, please make sure they sign all 3 copies.
After they sign, let them retain the last 3 pages of the warranty which should include their copy of the signed warranty, the terms
and conditions, coverage information, claims procedure and transfer form.
3. Distribute the remaining copies as follows: Copy to Dealer Business Office, Copy to Xzilon™ with Remittal log and payment
for the warranty.
4. Mail signed copies of all submitted warranties along with the payment and a transmittal log must to Xzilon™ by the 15th of each
month at the following address:

To View Past Warranties/ Quotes Sold by Your Dealership
1. Click on the Quote Tab, choose Search option .
2. You must know at least one of the following pieces of information to lookup a warranty:
Last Name (of the customer)
VIN (only the last 6 are required to lookup a warranty)
Make / Model
Stock #
Deal #
F & I Manager
To View Warranties Sold by Other Dealerships
1. Click on the Contract Tab, Then go to Search,

3. This will allow a dealership to verify the coverage on the warranty that was sold at a different dealership.
