The Titan Helicopter Group (THG) is South African based and Owned. Our helicopter operations provide professional lateral solutions to customer requirements throughout the world. In South Africa, our Group, which includes Indwe Aviation, is the only fully complaint BBBEE Company in South Africa which evolved into Southern Africa’s premier Offshore Helicopter Operator who are able to provide the Customer with superior aviation services within South Africa and abroad. Our international footprint includes operations in countries such as - Malaysia, Sudan, Mozambique, Angola, Antarctica, Afghanistan, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Libya ,Peru, Brazil , Nigeria, Argentina, Congo and Colombia. What do we do?
THG provides solutions, wherever and when ever required, both on and offshore, including:
• VFR and IFR operations carrying from 1 to 30 PAX and from 100kg to 20 tons. • Our well maintained fleet comprises both Western and Russian aircraft which are
all • Western registered and crewed. THG’s offshore support experience is second to
none and • Encompasses ferrying cargo and crew to ships in transit, crew transfers to drilling
rigs and • Exploration vessels, search and rescue, and salvage operations.
• One of THG’s more extreme logistical task involves helicopter support in Antarctica
and the • Other specialized services offered include fire fighting, logging, air crane
construction • Support and power line pylon erection.
• We also provide Emergency Medical Services & Flying Doctor services using BO-105
helicopters.

Agusta Westland 139
Latest addition offshore helicopter to our Fleet Crew consists of two pilots and can carry up to 15 passengers Range including reserve is approximately 400nm. In recent times it has become the aircraft of
choice in its class for the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry.
AW 139
Sikorsky S76A++ , C+ and C model
The S76 series helicopter is crewed by one or two pilots depending on the mission and can
carry up to 13 passengers. Range including reserve is approximately 450nm.
The Sikorsky S76C+ is even a more powerful aircraft, with greater speeds and better
avionics
50 Seat Regional Airliner. The Long Range (LR) version of the ERJ145 can carry a full load of passengers up to 1,550nm (2,873km). The Extra Range (XR) version can fly up to 2,000 nm (3,057km).

Sikorsky S-61N
The Sikorsky S-61N is an amphibious civil transport helicopter. Crew consists of two pilots and can carry up to 19 passengers Range including
reserve is approximately 400nm.
Bell 212 & 412
The Bell 212 helicopter is extremely versatile in mission profile and operational parameters. Crew is one or two pilots depending on the mission and can carry up to 13 passengers. Range including reserve is approximately
400nm.
BO - 105
The Eurocopter BO-105 Helicopter CBS-5 is a lightweight twin engine 5/6 seater multi role helicopter. The BO-105 has very high performance capability with one engine inoperative. Its four-blade, rigid main rotor ensures excellent flight performance, maneuverability and total control, even in negative "g" maneuvers. The blades are made of composite materials and are protected by an anti-erosion shield. This helicopter offers a high safety level, as its main systems (fuel, hydraulic, electrical and lubrication) are redundant. It is equipped with 2 Allison 250-C 20B turbine engines and is particularly suited for the medivac, police, offshore, and passenger transport operations. The Eurocopter BO-105 Helicopter CBS-5 is certified for IFR flights.
Convair CV-580
Two of our CV-580 are passenger configured versions which can carry 40 to 50 passengers and the 3rd aircraft is cargo configured. The aircraft is flown by two
pilots who is assisted by 2x Cabin attendants. It cruises at about 300 knots.
Mi-8 MTV
Titan Helicopters owns two Mi-8 helicopters, one of which is an Mi-8P model configured to accommodate 28 forward facing seats and Operates another 4 in Peru. The Mi-8MTV-1 (photo above) is a more powerful version with 22 trooper seats along the sides. The under slung mechanism of the MTV is rated for 5 ton.
Ka-32A
The Ka-32A is designed mainly for under slung work with a 5 ton mechanism. Minimum crew is one pilot who can be assisted by another pilot and/or a
crewman. The aircraft can carry up to 15 passengers in a troop configuration.

The head office in George provides the primary management and support functions to the Group. These offices accommodate the
CEO, Chief Financial Officer, Group General Manager, Operations Staff , Quality & Safety department as well as various other key
