LLEN has adopted higher than norm al safety standar dsand have worked towards mechanization, with the

assistance of the gove rnment. They have the

infrastructure in place to be able to meet any thing that

the govt. throws at them.

I think this quote more accurately portray s my

thoughts:

My understanding is that Y ang has connections in

Inner Mongolia, but y our article referenced

Mongolia. Was that a mistake or are y ou discussing

two different market and development zones. I am

especially asking this question since it is my

understanding that the Mongolian government is

blo cking Chinese acquisitio ns in Mongo lia and

choosing instead to mostly work with the Aussies

and some with the Am ericans and the Russians,

but spec ifically not with the Chinese since they see

the Chinese as their main customer. Any

additional info would be appreciated.
