It’s the start of summer and we’re adding a ton of new features to our already worldleading crazydeep NetSuite integration! It’s all about making everyone’s lives easier, as customer delight is what we’re all about. We have NetSuite integration with Nexonia Expenses, Nexonia Timesheets, Nexonia Time Off, Nexonia Accounts Payable and Nexonia Purchase Orders. We’re excited by what we’re doing here at Nexonia – we just moved into our new HQ office and are already leasing more space for 2016. We can’t believe the awesome reception we’re getting to our new AP and PO solutions, and they’re on a very big ramp of new features as a result. It’s exhilarating! WHAT'S NEW ON THE WEB Expense Report Download as CSV: Actions > View CSV beside any expense report. Timesheet Filter Task Categories by User Role: Just another one of our task category filtering options. We have lots of them! PO Approval Routing by Total Amount: A small refinement of our PO/AP system as it continues to grow in the depth of features. PO and AP Export via Text Files: If you have expense payments either integrated via one of our ERP integrations or if you do them manually, we now have a special email/mobile notification for the employees when their expenses are paid. NEW FEATURES FOR NETSUITE IN JUNE 2015 Employee Type Filtering: We now have the option to filter employees that show up in Nexonia by using the NetSuite employee type field. This in addition to our NetSuite custom checkbox field filter. PO Line Item Overrides: You can now have Department, Class and Location at the header level but also automatically set those same values at the line level when sending POs to NetSuite. It’s the start of summer and we’re adding a ton of new features to our already worldleading crazydeep NetSuiteintegration! It’s all about making everyone’s lives easier, as customer delight is what we’re all about. We have NetSuiteintegration with Nexonia Expenses, Nexonia Timesheets, Nexonia Time Off, Nexonia Accounts Payable andNexonia Purchase Orders.
