• Learn as much vocabulary as you can! Practise your vocabulary on Quizlet or go to linguascope.com (queen/20twenty) and learn some new vocabulary on a different topic.

• Go to languagesonline to practise your grammar. The more you understand about how the language works, the better you can use it. Focus on NOUNS, ADJECTIVES and your Key Verbs in Present, Past and Future tenses.

• Download the Mini Reader ‘le Geo-caching’ from moodle, listen to to it whilst reading and do the questions + check your answers.

• Develop your reading skills on page 126

• Watch the video on page 127 - ‘Le Tour du Monde’ and complete the exercises.

• Learn how to go to an ice-cream shop in France by working through pages 62 and 63 in the textbook. Make up a conversation with a friend and send it to your teacher!

• Find out about what French people like to do on holiday. Where do they go? Where do they stay? What do they like to do? Why is August quiet in Paris?

• Try and make some French food at home!
