VARSITY TEAM
Top Row: Left to Hight--Hazelbaker, Dawson, Melling, McMahan, Stone, Key, Mr. Raymond Scott, Coach. 2nd Row: N~. Harris, Principal; Matney, Manager; Woodruff, Johnson, Horner.
The team this year has had a very successful season. We have won 16 and lost 5 games.
The team this year was coached by Raymond Scott. His popularity with the boys helped in making the team such a good one.
The boys above turned out fine cooperation during the year at all times. Mr. Scott, the school and the community are very proud of them.
Perhaps the outstanding characteristic of our team was its ability to give its best at all times and never was it licked until the final gun.
The team loses this year six players, all being Seniors--Dawson, McMahan, Melling, Johnson, Woodruff, and Stone. The rest of the boys are Juniors and Sophomores.
