• Interior LED CID1 light fixtures• One access panel and utility penetration plate (UPP) is provided with each booth. The UPP contains 15 penetrations, fire rated

hole seals and, an air sealing gasket. This plate is designed for running utility lines to ancillary equipment outside of the booth. The modular design of the UPP assembly allows for various placements on any side of the booth.* Additional UPP assemblies available for purchase

• Equipment ground bus bar and cable for static discharge• CID2 remote operator switch.• CID1 emergency panic button for manual air purge during operations• Portable gas sensor

Standard door dimensions: 3’W x 7’H

Door is powder coated, has a 90-minute fire rating, is UL Listed, and is compliant with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). Door contains a safety window and comes with emergency exiting hardware, door sweep, seal, and an automatic closure. The standard orientation of the door is Left Hand Reverse, (LHR), and is designed to open in the direction of egress. Right Hand Reverse and Double Door Options available.

A UL Listed, CID1 infrared (IR) sensor is included with each HAL Booth. Calibrations include but are not limited to: butane/propane, ethanol, pentane, hexane, heptane, methanol, carbon dioxide, and oxygen. Each sensor is factory calibrated; a sensor calibration certificate is included with each unit. Sensor calibration kit is provided with each unit for routine maintenance.

A CID1 transmitter, with LCD screen, is connected to each sensor and displays the Lower Explosive Limit (LEL) value to operators inside the booth.

The gas detection system is interlocked with a CID2 tri-color light beacon and audible warning horn. The alarms alert operators when solvent levels have reached 10% and 25% of the LEL. The system state is also displayed on control panel HMI screen. ** Dual solvent monitoring package available ** UL 2075 sensor available

The HAL Booth is constructed from 18-gauge powder coated steel panels manufactured in the USA. Panels include pre-drilled slots for easy assembly and pre-punched conduit access holes. Panels are constructed to be a smooth cleanable surface for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Modular designed allows for flexible configurations.

Flooring is not included; the booth must be installed on non-combustible concrete flooring. Anchoring hardware is provided for either internal or external anchoring.

Assembly hardware, one-hour fire rated caulk, and hazardous location conduit provided. Booth can be installed by customer; however, HAL offers complete installation and assembly services.

Fans operate at variable speeds based on US Patent #US10,232,286B1 assigned to HAL Extraction Technology Ltd.

CID1 explosion proof intake and exhaust fans included. Fans can accommodate up to 1.0 in.w.c of static pressure in each duct. Fans can accommodate additional HVAC components for heating, cooling, filtering, and odor mitigation.

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) report has been performed by licensed professional engineer on plenum design. A CFD report, available for submittal to AHJ, demonstrates fans achieves 100 Linear Feet per Minute (LFM) capture velocity in the bottom 12" of the Booth.
