3. Characteristics of Air HandlingUnit

Special hyperbolic windowed-finsand Y-type heat-exchange copper pipeare adopted, which strengthens dis-turbance of air current. Fins spacingis regulated to optimize pipeline set-ting and promote heat exchange effi-ciency of coil comprehensively.According to the performance curveof fan, optimize structure of motor tomake the performance curve of fancomply with that of motor with whichthe deviation of air volume can be re-duced to maximum extent when fanload changes.

Water separating&collecting headermade of single forged molding brassmakes refrigerant water inflow and out-flow coil be arranged more equally andmake water pressure drop be smallerwhich greatly raise heat-exchange effi-ciency and reduces water pressure dropin water system.Optimal design of drainage port of condensate drain pan can drain condensatewater thoroughly which can reduces thegrowth of bacterium and microbial.TiO2 sterilizer (optional component)is installed on unit, which can kill mostof bacterium and virus in air and im-prove air quality completely. The external casing made of galvanized steel plate with high ten-sion and excellent anti-corrosionperformance is formed by punch-ing and bending process. primaryhot-press molded PE thermal insu-lation fiber is pressed and adheredon inner wall of panel, which avoidscold bridge. Base surface of drainpan is packaged and adheredstrictly by primary hot-press moldedPE thermal insulation fiber, whichavoids secondary cold bridge.Single-phase3-speed permanent-magnet capacitance -driven asynchro-nous motor is the important powerdrive part. Motor central rotor has beenhardened and tempered, chrome-

plated and antiseptic-treated. Equippedwith high-precision permanent-lubrica-tion Japan NSK rolling sealing bearingto meet the requirement of high efficiencyand hyper-low noise level.Starting capacitance is completelysealed in metallic casing. The externalpower supply cable of motor is packagedby flexible metal tube, which meets in-ternational f ire-prevention safetystandards.Lengthened drain pan makes externalpipeline valve joint be placed in drainpan, which avoids leakage of conden-sate water.Double intake centrifugal fan with forward-curved impeller made of galva-nized steel plate is regulated and testedby static and dynamic equilibrium test-ing strictly, the processed air is stream-line sent out which reduces vortex air cur-rent and greatly reduces noise causedby air current friction. The unit will runmore stably and calmly.Volute terminal plate and guide plate arejoggled which overcomes the shortcom-ing of air leakage and easy rustiness ofspot welding connection. Before ex-factory, operation test, high-voltage test and insulation test areperformed. All terminals of unit are setin metallic box so as to guarantee moresecurity operation. Each coil is leak-detected by 2.8MpaWater press and overpressure gas-tighttest. The maximum working pressure al-lowed is 1.6Mpa so as to guarantee per-formance and quality of each unit.

4. Pplicable Environment of AirHandling Unit

The temperature of refrigerant watershould not be lower than 5 , so as toavoid dewing. And hot water tempera-ture should not be higher than 80 (usually 60 ).Clean and soft water quality is required.Running temperature 40 and relative humidity 95%
