Badge scanners do not required the actual badge to touch the sensor. If It is placed with in 1 inch (25mm-30mm) the scanner will receive the signal.

Take your temperature everyday BEFORE coming to work. If your temperature is 100.0 F or above, do not go to work. Call in and explain your health situation to Admin.

During shift change it maybe necessary to stand outside to maintain proper social distancing. You will be exposed to various weather conditions, be aware and plan accordingly.

Before you enter the building, you should not have fever over 100.0 F, you must wear your mask / face

coverings and maintain proper social distancing.

Note: Face coverings must not be offensive

or obscene.

Note: If you have traveled out of state of Ohio in past 14 days, you must quarantine for 14 days after your return to Ohio. After your 14 day quarantine you may return to work. Please contact

Administration with your travel information.

Each Workstation shows an associate. A 6ft (2m) radius was placed around each Operator and reviewed for any concerns where the circles overlap. Those areas of concern were measured with a tape measure. We identified 3 work stations that require additional countermeasures

1. Associate entry: need standard door open to allow entry without using turn-styles. X Admin

Each associate needs to scan in and out to have records.  Security man the door.  We need a sign with

instructions on what they are to do.  Need caution tape over turn-styles.

Inner entry doors past turnstiles need to be propped open.  Need door wedges to prop open

3. Need sanitizer cloths in restrooms for stall door handles and toilet handle cleaning. X Admin/EHS can use Dep DZ7 sanitizer

parts, need to remain sanitized.

A checklist has been created based off the State of Ohio Guidelines and the CDC.

Training will be needed with all members to understand all the countermeasures that have been developed to keep YNA in compliance

with Federal and State Guidelines during this time.

Take your temperature everyday BEFORE coming to work. If your temperature is 100.0 or above, do not go to work. Call in and explain your health situation to Admin.

During shift change it maybe necessary to stand outside to maintain proper social distancing. You will be exposed to various weather conditions, be aware and plan accordingly.
