    Yoga is derived from the word YOG , whichmeans UNION, i.e it is the harmony betweenthe self and the nature , body and the soul.

    There are different kinds of yoga namely Bakthiyoga, Raja yoga, Karma yoga, Hatha yoga,Gnana yoga

    Yoga is used for realising the self. It vibratesand initiates the Universal life force energypresent in each one of us..

    WHY SHOULD WE MEDITATE: It is beennoted that about 80 % of the disease arecaused due to mental stress.Even cancer is

    caused by high stress.. MEDITATION is derived from the word Medicine , as

    medicine is for the well being of our body where as

    meditation is for the well being of body.
