Class DescriptionsBhakti Flow: This class combines Bhakti yoga- mindful devotion, open-heartedness, and gratitude with Hatha yoga- union of body, breath, and movement. (AL)
Buddha Barre: Fun fusion class with barre work to tone arms, abs, buttocks and thighs, ending with yoga poses to stretch & soothe body & mind. (2&3)
Divine Light Meditation: A simple, yet powerful meditation to draw the light from your spiritual reservoir into your aura; a technique that's been part of the metaphysical tradition thru-out the world for centuries. (Free)
Gentle: A blissful experience combining gentle movement and stretching with restorative poses, healing vibrations of Crystal Bowls and hands on energy healing. (Free on Thursdays at 12:15 for persons with chronic illness.) (AL)
Gentle Flow: This soothing and slow-paced practice focuses on moving into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling great. (1)

Heart-based Meditation & Chant: a guided visualization using breath to focus the mind and heart with devotional chanting. (Free)
Kundalini Yoga: Considered "The Yoga of Awareness" this practice promotes increased energy, strength, creativity, intuition and balance. Each class incorporates Mantras, Kriyas and Meditation. (AL)
Kundalini Dance/Healing: Kundalini Class with dance, longer savasana and Kundalini Healing. (AL)
Metaphysics and Yoga: Eclectic blend of yoga styles infused with ancient teachings of metaphysics. (AL)
Prenatal: Yoga postures, breath work and meditation to support pregnancy and prepare women for childbirth.
Restorative: Relaxing and transformative experience allowing the body to achieve deep rest. Crystal Bowls are played through-out for total rejuvenation. (AL)

Therapeutic Movement: Feldenkrais Method is a form of somatic education. Through gentle movements, you will develop increased awareness, resulting in improved flexibility and coordination. (AL)
Vinyasa: A challenging and faster flow of asana to build heat, strength and balance. (2)
Vinyasa & Deep Stretch: Starting w/ vinyasa to warm the body w/ flowing movements centered around breath, the 2nd half uses kneeling, seated & supine poses with options to use the wall/props in order to gradually the most appropriate depth/stretch for each student. Concludes with deep relaxation & seated meditation to leave you feeling harmonious within your body, mind & spirit. (1&2)
Vinyasa/Kundalini: Invigorating class combining the awareness and power of Kundalini yoga with the grace and flow of Vinyasa to open and balance the chakras. Class ends with a short meditation. (Tues. 2, Thurs. 1&2)
Yin with Healing: Targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. Crystal bowls played. (1&2)
Yoga for Cancer Recovery: Gentle uplifting class where students learn techniques to take off the mat and incorporate into their own recovery. (Free) (AL)
Yoga for Healthy Back: For back problems or looking to keep your back healthy, you will learn movement patterns & contraindications for spinal injuries & how to help your body heal them. (AL)
