CHEMICAL SPLASHPROTECTION THAT’SBREATHABLE ANDCOMFORTABLEThe advantage of the CPC series is theirunique trilaminates. These coatings offersuperior protection against certain liquid and dry chemical exposures whilebeing very breathable. By allowing bodyheat to escape and perspiration toevaporate through the fabric, workersstay cooler in heat situations andwarmer in cold situations. AdjustableVelcro® at the wrist, ankle and collar,adjustable suspenders and a two-wayzipper ensure the perfect fit. Adding tothe comfort of the CPC series is GORE®fabric that’s lighter in weight, more flexible, tear and snag resistant, stainrepellant and washable.
CPC RED POLYESTERThis protective suit delivers exceptional chemical splashprotection through the unique trilaminate of Polyester,Teflon® and tricot. Other quality features include GORE®thread and sealing with GORE-SEAM® tape to ensure uniformbody splash protection.

With a trilaminate of Nomex, Teflon® and Jersey, this suitoffers chemical splash protection with the added benefit offlame resistance. In fact, all Sawyer Tower Nomex garmentsmeet Hazard Category 2 as defined by NFPA 70E. SawyerTower Nomex suits have been certified by an independentlaboratory according to the ASTM test standards. So yourworkers are protected in the event of a category 2 arc flashincident as well as from exposure to many chemicals in aproduct additionally certified by NFPA for its performance.

First, all of our clothing is designed to provide themost effective protection. From chemicals to fire, you’ll find the resistance youneed. We also make sure our suits are comfortable enough to wear daily. We useflexible fabrics and offer a variety of sizes so your workers can perform their jobsas easily as possible.
HAVING THE RIGHT PROTECTION IS CRITICAL
THE EXTRA SECURITY OF DOUBLE-LAMINATED FABRICThe FR-75 features a nylon scrim base fabric laminated on both sides with PVC. Single-coated fabrics simply can’t compete when it comes to resisting chemical contamination, flame and acids. Strong, double-stitchedfell seams are taped with self-material for equal all-overprotection, while a self-material collar prevents absorption of chemicals. The PVC coating also has a “0”second flameout based on the Federal Standard 191, TestMethod 5903. To enhance worker safety even further, thetrim and hardware are non-conductive to combat staticelectricity buildup.
DESIGNED WITH WORKER COMFORT IN MIND The FR-75 is a medium-weight garment that’s soft and easyto maintain.
