前言

目次全球設計趨勢隨著產業的轉型與服務業創新發展，服務設計強度愈趨明

顯，設計型態更趨多元化。臺北設計獎以競賽獎勵方式對富創意且兼具實

用性之工業設計、視覺傳達設計及公共空間設計進行評選獎勵，藉由競賽

的舉辦，活絡設計產業的發展，期望將臺北設計獎推向國際舞台，繼而成

為全球創意設計發表平台。

臺北設計獎前身為「臺北工業設計獎」，自2008年起已舉辦5年，本屆主

題為「彼此 YOU I」，期許以設計串聯彼此，因設計揉合新舊文化，廣納

全球觀點，展現臺北市創意無限、魅力無窮之新氣象。今年共計1,899件

作品參賽，包括工業設計類795件、視覺傳達設計類889件，及公共空間

設計類215件，報名件數較去年成長20.5%，同時也成為國內同類型設計

競賽參賽件數最高的競賽之一。除在國內已打開知名度，今年參賽者更是

來自四面八方，其中國外的參賽作品共計210件，也較去年大幅成長。

本屆得獎作品圍繞友善設計，但不限關懷你我彼此之間，更擴大至第三世

界、災區難民，設計不再是高談闊論，更貼近彼此，實際發生在人群間。

另今年度更協助15件得獎作品申請專利，以保障創作人自身權益，並結

合臺北設計城市展，於松山文化創意園區一樓東側菸廠展出本屆得獎作

品，藉此宣傳臺北設計獎品牌形象及設計力。

下一階段臺北設計獎預計將更朝向國際化目標邁進，成為全球創意設計之

匯流平台，吸引更多臺北以外的設計師，將臺北推向國際，與世界接軌，

並成為爭取2016世界設計之都的重要項目之一。

繼2009臺北聽奧、2010臺北國際花卉博覽會、2011臺北世界設計大會暨大展，向世人呈現臺北市充沛的軟實力之後，臺北市政府在今年的6月29日，也就是Icsid（International Council of Societies of Industrial Design，簡稱Icsid）所認定的世界工業設計日，向臺北市，乃至全世界宣布將競逐「2016年世界設計之都」之桂冠。為了提升臺北的城市競爭力，我們藉由「2016世界設計之都」的申請，以「設計臺北、創意臺北」形塑城市品牌意象，行銷國際，藉由爭取認證，將未來四年的軟硬體公共建設進行改造，以設計力及美學力為各級產業加值，提升「臺北設計（Designed

為促進臺北市設計產業的發展，本府自2008年起辦理「臺北工業設計獎」，以競賽活動及設計論壇的方式，獎勵富創意、具商業與實用性之設計作品，並藉此促進設計工作者間的良性競爭。首次舉辦以來，報名件數逐年成長，參賽作品素質與競爭愈趨激烈，已成為臺灣最多設計科系學生及設計師參加的競賽之一，更有歷屆得獎作品實際量產並銷售，足以證明「臺北工業設計獎」已成為臺灣極具指標性的設計獎項，獲得設計產學各界認同，且短短4餘年內，相關優秀作品即不斷嶄露頭角獲得國際設計大獎，如：德國.iF、紅點.(red dot)及美國IDEA.設計大獎之肯定，令人喝采！為蓄積臺北市爭取「2016世界設計之都」的能量，廣納更多設

近年來，臺灣在國際工業設計界的成長驚人，贏得許多世界知名設計競賽的大獎。陸續吸引許多國際級的設計大師紛紛來訪，見證臺灣設計界的傲人成就。2011年在臺北市舉辦的世界設計大會，臺灣憑藉著設計，吸引全球目光。值此全球性經濟競爭的關鍵時刻，臺北市如何透過設計思維激發創新服務，以創意提升城市與產業之國際競爭力，並為2016年臺北市爭取世界設計之都而暖身，就益形重要。一個創意城市的核心價值強調因應文化經濟、美學經濟與體驗經濟之趨勢，以城市居民為核心，融入臺灣的產業經驗與生活文化，達到經濟發展與生活品質的共榮共生。而以美學體驗為主的生活創意產業，是以既有的產業為基礎，架構在生活文化、美

學與創意的運用，透過創意的運用，透過創意城市的場域，提供優質生活體驗，所發展的服務創新設計商業模式。場域是城市用來營造情境和訴說故事的媒介，從櫥窗的展示設計，到大型遊樂場的設計，都是透過情境設計營造氣氛的場域。在生活新主張，體驗新價值的生活型態下，一種透過場域營造的休閒生活型態早已悄然的進入台灣消費者的生活中，從都會購物中心的IKEA，到郊外踏青的薰衣草森林，或尋幽訪勝的.The One 南園，都展現出場域所營造的體驗魅力。2012臺北設計獎以「彼此」為題，正是扣緊上述的主題，與世界設計趨勢同步，展現出一個創意城市的內涵。從設計加值到品牌創價所營造的創新服務模式，其三個關鍵因素是以人為中心的

感性場域、感動體驗與感質商品。彼此充份的表達一個創意城市的三個內涵，首先，透過人與大自然之間的互動，展現天人合一的設計理念；其次，透過人與城市之間的互動，感受真實體驗的美學經濟；最後，透過人與產品之間的互動，實現設計創意的生活產業。因此，2012 臺北設計獎是以展現創意城市的核心價值、深度體驗與高質美感為主要內涵；其目標是以人為中心，透過彼此的互動營造感性場域、感動體驗與感質商品；其評審的關鍵因素則是透過設計創意展現創意背後無形的感性價值，也就是〝From Use to User〞、〝From Function to Feeling〞與〝From Hi-tech to Hi-touch〞。

全球發展競爭越演越烈，越來越多新興城市逐漸崛起，鄰近的亞洲城市如曼谷、首爾等，皆積極運用設計及創意加值既有產業，為其產業發展及城市定位開創出新的發展契機，提高城市的能見度。顯而易見，「設計」在現今21世紀中儼然已成為一種多數產業與企業獲得市場競爭力的重要利器，亦是提升國家及城市競爭力的重要關鍵。台灣創意設計中心承辦臺北設計獎已邁入第5屆，今年首度將原本臺北工業設計獎擴大為三個類別，分別是「工業設計類」、「視覺傳達設計類」及「公共空間設計類」，正式更名為「臺北設計獎」。今年競爭相當激烈，評選過程也

相當嚴謹，競賽評審團從各類別共挑出56件優秀作品。綜觀這次入圍得獎作品，不難發現到本屆作品共通點—友善，作品不僅單純探討你我之間、更關懷至災區難民、第三世界等，如獲得「工業設計類」金獎的作品「愛心投遞箱Edutainment Box」為一項專為第三世界或災區孩童所設計的產品，不僅具有運送救援物資的功能，紙箱搖身一變，還能成為教材或玩具。評審團認為多數的得獎作品，成功傳達出設計可以實際發生在人與人之間，拉近彼此距離，讓這份感動持續在人群之間發酵。由於環保議題與永續發展的意識抬頭，本年度首次全面採e化平台收件及評選，減少紙張油墨印

刷以及郵寄的資源浪費。此外，本年度為鼓勵歷屆得獎作品智財權登記申請及取得，以講座形式辦理協助申請專利等輔導，灌輸目前設計學子與業界人士「智慧財產權」之重要，同時更了解如何保障自身權益，後續並協助本年度15件得獎作品申請專利，未來將持續舉辦相關的輔導服務及推廣活動，讓「臺北設計獎」成為創新、創意設計的匯流平台。

計作品與世界接軌，臺北市政府產業發展局於今（2012）年起特別將「臺北工業設計獎」更名提升為「臺北設計獎」，競賽類別將原來的「工業設計類」，新增設「視覺傳達設計類」及「公共空間設計類」，並配合將總獎金提高至新臺幣300萬元，期待激發各領域設計人才投入創新設計，全力推動「臺北設計獎」提升為國際性設計競賽，吸引國內外優秀設計師以「臺北設計獎」作為創意設計發表平台。另為協助優秀創意設計商品量產，得獎之創作者及作品，後續亦由本局提供媒合改善及智財權登記等輔導措施，希望具有創意的作品也能產生市場價值進而商品化或落實於市政建設，讓更多人體驗好設計。未來本局將持續辦理臺北設計

獎，讓更多好設計、好創意及傑出人才能夠有發揮的舞台，同時，也希望藉此更加活絡臺北市設計產業，藉由設計，將我們的活力與熱情轉化更大能量，讓我們的城市更進步、更美好。

規模日益盛大的「臺北設計獎」，今年增列公共空間設計類與視覺傳達設計類獎項，綜觀各類參賽作品仍以學校作品居多，專業設計作品較少。從原有的工業設計獎擴展為更全面性的設計競賽，臺北設計獎可以更積極的規劃設計獎的定位，成為將臺灣最具國際競爭力的設計創意導入產業的媒合平台，特別是在政府亟思改造產業結構促進經濟轉型的現在，臺北市產業發展局主辦的臺北設計獎更是別具時代意義。

市府應以協助產業發展的具體目標規劃臺北設計獎，針對產業發展需要設立各式獎項，運用各方資源促成設計師與產業的合作，以實際完成或生產中的產品參賽，提供得獎者與得獎作品實質獎勵措施。臺北設計獎應以創新設計為宗旨，強調創意、技術、通路的結合，導引產業邁向以行銷、設計、生產、市場為整體競爭力的新時代產業發展模式。

以世界設計之都的高度而言，臺北設計獎今年主題「彼此YOU I」頗有深意，它強調一座充滿感染力與適應力的城市，能揉合新舊文化、百納全球觀點，像是本屆金獎作品〝好，還要更好〞，採用了臺北最具代表的101大樓為標記，並融合現今最夯的趨勢〝讚〞來展現彼此，充滿渲染力，而其他作品更是緊扣社會關懷、反戰等時勢議題，可看出現今學子已跳脫以往自我本位主義，更關注全球永續話題，這也證明我們臺灣越來越國際化，與世界接軌。

未來也希望臺北設計獎能有更多好設計、好創意及傑出人才，慢慢奠定臺北在國際的設計形象，進而透過設計提升臺灣在全球的無形競爭力。

愛心投遞箱

2012臺北設計獎工業設計類的金獎作品是一項專為第三世界或災區孩童所設計的產品。充份展現本次比賽的「彼此」的內涵，利用運送救援物資的紙箱，透過設計創意把原來傳遞來自世界各地的愛心紙箱，再利用轉換為寓教於樂的產品。充份展現關心弱勢族群、注重綠色環保、關心地球資源的設計創意。特別是把教育與娛樂透過Edutainment Box包裝起來，讓這些孩童在遊戲中學習知識，藉由教育讓他們脫離貧窮。

這是一項專為第三世界或災區孩童所設計的產品。它不僅是運送救援物資的紙箱，更重要的是透過它傳遞來自世界各地的愛心，紙箱內層提供簡易文具用品，透過精心設計將紙箱轉變成寓教於樂的產品，讓這些孩童在遊戲中學習知識，藉由教育讓他們脫離貧窮。

首先感謝評審們給予的肯定，同時更要感謝臺北市政府、台灣創意設計中心等單位舉辦這樣具規模的國際級競賽，更感榮幸的是能獲得最高榮譽。秉持謙遜態度，我們將持續努力觀察、關懷並產出適切動人的設計，謝謝。

This product is designed for children in the third world or disaster areas. It not only delivers relief supplies, but also transforms a discarded carton into an edutainment product through a few steps. Some simple stationery is attached inside the edutainment box. By simply cutting and assembling the carton, an elaborate edutainment product can be set up easily. Thus, chi ldren wil l learn the knowledge and help themselves ou0t of poverty through education.

嗷嗷袋哺

2012臺北設計獎工業設計類的銀獎作品--嗷嗷袋哺，是一款「硬體簡單化，軟體豐富化」的創意設計。使用簡易的加熱方式，展現關心災難發生時，如何滿足嬰幼兒嗷嗷待哺的窘境。當災難發生時，嬰幼兒的救助往往被忽略的情況下，本作品充份表達設計師如何透過「彼此」的關心，展現解決問題的設計創意。採拋棄式雙層袋狀包裝，易於裝箱，使用後易於回收等，關心環保與親人性考慮，再再展現了「彼此」關心的創意。

嗷嗷袋哺是一款簡易使用的自體加熱拋棄式雙層奶瓶，在衛生環境不佳的狀態下，不需要經過繁複的消毒動作。當封條撕開，內外層開始一起作用，利用石灰加水產生的熱能完成沖泡，並透過感溫油墨貼紙變色得知牛奶溫度已經適合寶寶。採袋狀包裝，易於裝箱，在使用完畢之後呈現扁平狀易於回收。

從最初的發想到一次次的修改與討論，一路上雖然辛苦但也成長了許多，感謝老師的指導與評審的肯定，讓我們能發揮所學，將巧思與創意轉化後，能夠設身處地關心到不同族群的人，藉由設計搭起愛的橋樑，希望我們可以保有初衷，抱著一樣的熱忱繼續做設計。

Feed-bag

〝Feed-bag〞is a self-heating disposable

milk bottle that gives parents a quick solution to feed milk to their child. The principle is to use quicklime and water to make energy. Just tear the seal, and the outer and inner part will work together to generate heat. Wait until the sensor sticker to change its color to show the suitable temperature for babies. It will flatten when the milk is done, making it good for recycling.

擴大救援面積救生圈

2012臺北設計獎工業設計類的銅獎作品-- Expand Lifebuoy，係透過溺水救難的情境，關心人與人「彼此」的關係。利用簡單的原理在救生圈四邊握把，隱藏會因為旋轉張力而展開的裝置，在救生員拋出後，可以擴大救援面積，讓溺水者可以更快抓到救生圈，爭取救援時間，以快速安全地救起溺水者。

Expand Lifebuoy可以擴大救援面積，在救生員拋出後，救生圈四邊握把會因為旋轉張力而展開，展開後四邊的握把不僅能增加救援人數，更可讓救援面積擴大至1倍以上，讓溺水者可以更快的抓到救生圈。

很高興可以在臺北設計獎獲選銅獎，也感謝臺北市政府舉辦如此盛大的設計競賽，讓年輕的設計力得以有舞台發揮，同時也提供了獎金，讓我們有更多的動力不斷創作!

Expand Lifebuoy

Expand Lifebuoy can expand the rescue scope. After the lifeguards throw it out, the four handles around the lifebuoy expand due to rotational motion. The expanded handles can increase the number of rescued people and enlarge the rescue scope to at least double the distance. The drowning people can grasp the lifebuoy faster.

拉你兩把音樂公共長椅

現今的大眾運輸交通工具都有提供把手給站立的乘客，而這些單支點設計把手並不能有效的使乘客穩定，乘客們往往會因為把手的搖晃而失去重心。因此〝拉你兩把〞提供了兩個支點讓把手不易前後搖晃，利用簡單的方式，讓這個小小改變拉近大眾交通工具與乘客彼此的距離。

Tranquil是一張能夠讓大眾舒緩情緒又不耗費額外電源的音樂公共長椅。利用體溫發電結合共振喇叭的方式，以最低的電能製造出環境音效。當使用者坐下後，裝置吸收到足夠的熱能轉電能，透過振動半開放的圓弧音箱撥放音樂。

這次能獲獎，個人感到十分的榮幸，當然未來也會持續創作出更好的作品。非常高興能夠把新型態的能源透過設計的方式傳達給大眾，同時利用音樂和國際間交流，我想設計師就是要成為各種產業與商機的整合者。

〝Give You 2 Hands〞is designed to help

its users by giving each user a better and more secure grip. Its 〝Secure V

shaped〞anchoring design will surely

guarantee a greater sense of safety and security for passengers.

Tranquil is a music bench that allows the public to soothe their emotions without consuming additional power. Powered by body temperature and combined with resonance speakers, surround sounds can be produced using the lowest energy. As soon as the user sits down, the device will absorb enough thermal energy and transform it into electrical energy. Music is played through the vibration-type semi-open arc speakers. By sharing one's warmth, everyone can find pleasure and relaxation.

曲柄傘

將雨傘的傘柄設計成可彎曲的形態，握把的尾部運用可彎曲的記憶金屬，傘柄的握持處保持堅固不可變形的形態。雨傘可勾在垂直的握杆而立著，輕輕彎曲的傘柄可讓雨傘更穩當地倚靠著牆面，同樣使其不易掉落。纏繞在隨身的包包上，人們便不會忘了帶著雨傘，將傘柄水平彎折90度可增加接觸面積，掛在桌邊更平穩。

很高興能得到評審的青睞，在參與決選時汲取了多位評審的指教，最後獲得優選是對我們極大的鼓勵，由衷地感激不盡！也期待臺北設計獎能夠愈發茁壯，提拔更多對設計有熱誠的朋友們，並且成為設計領域具有影響力的指標之一。

Flexibler

The rear of the Flexibler's handle is made from flexible metal inside and skid-proof rubber outside, while the holding part stays non-deformable. Flexibler can be hooked on vertical grips, and the slight bending allows it to lean steadily against the wall. The user can also carry a backpack with an umbrella wrapped around it. The 90º bending provides more contact area, allowing it to stably hang onto the table.

鞍。心設計為外層硬殼、內層為透氣布料，硬殼為夜光材質使得盲人與狗狗在晚上行走時更加安全。內層透氣布料扣環的地方設有心跳感測器，讓主人隨時知道狗狗的身體狀況，並且在狗狗心跳頻率跟正常不一樣時，通知主人。

一個具備完整種植經驗的植栽設計，將包裝與容器結合，使用者可以快速藉由引導，完成室內的植栽擺設。土壤乾燥與潮濕時呈現不同的視覺意象，不但可以提醒使用者及時澆水，同時也能讓人在綠色生命的成長中體會生活美感。

This planting pot combines package and container. The instructions guide the user on how to easily complete growing steps, and layers inserted in the pot reveal the condition of the water. When watering the pot, the user gets a changing view of cracks and roots. This effect builds up an empathic connection between the human and the plant.

解決銀髮族外出閱讀使用傳統放大鏡的不方便，eye-see為手環形式可隨時帶在身邊當放大鏡，並可選擇放大倍數。另外.eye-see.使用體溫發電科技，不須電池，環保又節能。

在使用醬料罐前，我們總習慣聞一下味道，聞的過程卻要把醬料罐開口靠近鼻子，造成衛生問題與不便。〝Smell〞概念為輕壓醬料罐的按鈕，醬料瓶便會同時噴出瓶內氣體，如此一來便能以衛生與優雅方式在加醬料前品嘗醬料味道。


Eye-see can be worn as a bracelet as it is made of flexible materiel that makes it bendable. Eye-see can be flattened and provide users with a magnifying function. As a normal electronic magnifier, eye-see has camera lens and screen. However, Eye-see's built-in screen is flexible and as thin as paper. Above all, Eye-see is powered by converting body temperature into electricity; so it can be used without a battery.

B e f o r e u s i n g a s a u c e bo t t l e , we w i l l usua l l y smell it first, but placing the opening of the bottle near the nose to smell can create hygiene problems and inconvenience. The concept of〝Smell〞is done

by gently pressing a button on the sauce bottle when adding sauce, to inject gas in the bottle. In this way, we can smell the sauce in a hygienic and graceful manner before adding it.

我們發現到老人因為機能退化，在居家座椅上可能會有起身坐下的困難的問題產生。我們希望透過簡單的扶手設計，與有相同〝支撐〞的拐杖做結合，讓簡單摟空的設計，達到輔助與置放的功能，幫助高齡者起身坐下更流暢、方便。

Voice Label.是一種具有用藥語音說明與時間提示功能的電子標籤，提供使用者用藥時的自我協助，並確保用藥正確和安全。Voice label.便利使用者以聽取用藥指示的方式取代閱讀的方式，並可與電腦連結傳輸資訊，有利於醫療處方與病歷的資訊管理和電子標籤的重複使用。


As the e lder ly weaken, standing up and s i t t ing down may become more difficult for them. We hope the simple handrail design, with an empty space for the use of a support cane, can assist with the function of placement. The combination of appliances and aids as an invisible helper assists the elderly to sit down and stand up.

By using Voice Label, elders listen instead of read the instructions on medicines. Voice Label links with the computer for transmission information and is advantageous in management of medical prescriptions and medical record information. Voice Label works like a mini music player with a flash disk inside and can be used repeatedly.

CPR MASK是一種口對口人工呼吸的輔助設備，它結合口罩與吹氣單向閥，透過戴口罩的行為投射，讓使用者易於理解其使用方式。並同時保護施救者不受各種分泌物接觸，避免造成各種傳染疾病的交替感染以提高旁觀者施救的意願。

CPR MASK is a one-way valve mask that provides the rescuer with protection from the victim's vomit and blood while performing CPR. It also clearly indicates how to wear and use it like a typical mask. Moreover, the CPR MASK will encourage more bystanders to perform CPR.

此觸控式螢幕開關，若只是要進房間拿東西，只要點中心一下，就有10秒鐘的供電時間，等你出了房間，室內的燈也就自動關上了。若你需要更多時間，手指由中心向外拖曳，下方會顯示有幾時幾分的供電時間，手放開的同時，時間也就開始跟著倒數。

By touching the center of the touch switch, the power supply will last 10 seconds, enough f o r you t o ge t something in the room. By the time you leave the room, the indoor light should turn off automatically. If you need more time, all you have to do is to drag your finger from the center outward. A display below tells you the power supply time in hours and minutes.

小時候總是看著爸爸媽媽做家事，小孩總是好奇心旺盛，也想跟著做；而大人們同時要照顧孩子又要做家事，著實是令人頭疼的一個問題。因此，我們將拖具設計成能夠讓父母與孩子同時使用，盼能藉此增加孩子和家人間的互動，在讓孩子參與家庭事務的同時，也兼具了玩樂性質。

創作理念

Curious chi ldren always try to copy their parents; h o w e v e r, t h i s m a y b e inconvenient for parents who have to look after them and perform household chores simultaneously. Mop Together can be used by an adult and a child at the same time. We hope this will encourage interactions and bonding between parent and child and also put a bit of fun into household chores, making i t more appealing to children.

以一體成形的概念，採用鋁加工製作，材質呈現的金屬科技感讓削鉛筆器成為筆袋中低調的時尚商品！精確角度計算讓使用更加俐落，鋁重量輕、質地堅，更耐用美觀，兩種尺寸口徑因應不同鉛筆粗細，讓使用更便利。

We have simplif ied the traditional pencil sharpener into a one-piece design. Processed with aluminum, the metal and technology look give the fashionable sharpeners a low profile. Accurate angle calculation makes it faster to use, and the material is lighter and stronger. The bores in two sizes correspond to different pencil thicknesses and make the sharpener more convenient to use.

出門時難免扣子會不小心遺失，導致彼此尷尬，為了解決這問題，設計了一個解救扣，利用夾衣服的方式，取代原本必須脫衣才能縫補的動作。

創作理念

A missing button from clothes can be a source of mutual awkwardness. To avoid this kind of problem, I designed a spare button that can be clipped directly onto the clothes instead of being sewed on.

The materials used are plastic, metal, and magnets. A set of five amusing block magnets in retro style was integrated with pins, and various colors for the different blocks are available. Fami l i a r shapes w i th en joyab le appearances, inspired by Lego and Tetris blocks, combine concepts in the stationery design. You can use it to stick your photos on the fridge or pin your memos on the corkboard.

好，然後更好不分你我，我們彼此相連

一件在眾多優秀作品中，非常亮眼且具高度識別獨特性，以置高點的角度來看「彼此」，作者採用了臺北最具代表的101大樓為標記，在視覺上卻呈現了摒除了陽剛又硬調子的建築外觀，以大家按「讚」(時下FB最夯的動作)，手疊手來呈現「彼此」卻是有進步動力鼓勵性的「彼此」，好,還要更好，不是非常寫實的手指插畫，反而展現了互動的趣味。

非常有趣,非常跳，非常用心的創作，看得出設計執行前的「設計策略」有計畫性思故，將人與人的「彼此」一如正在消失中的鯨魚一樣，提醒世人的注意用毛線編織的表現手法，從最感溫暖的素材，連結成一個如浮雕似的平面作品，過目難忘。

一隻手比大拇指，就是讚；如果大家的力量持續累積，是不是能更好？藉由來自各方的一讚之力，堆疊而成為臺北都會的象徵.101，也代表著這座都會的容納並存。同時，10.隻手也代表十全十美的意思。

龐大的生態體系裡，就算是再小的物種都有其特殊且不可忽視的存在價值；而我們事實上也是緊緊相連著的。重視生物多樣性、不要讓這豐富且彼此依賴的生物圈失衡瓦解，傷害到我們的下一代。

很意外，也很高興得到評審的青睞，能在高手環伺的比賽中脫穎而出，期望這張童趣樂觀的作品，能為社會帶來一些正面的思維與力量。

做了自己喜歡的作品，又能被欣賞肯定的感覺，大概就像告白成功那樣怦然心動吧。今後我們也會和設計認真交往下去的，謝謝一路上幫忙的所有人。

we better off if everyone's strength continues to accumulate? The “thumbs up” from all sides pile up to become the symbol of Taipei 101 in the metropolis, and they also signify its accommodation and coexistence. At the same time, the 10 hands represent perfection.

In the huge ecosystem, even the smallest species is important. We are all connected. Respect the nature and biodiversity. Don't let it fall to pieces and hurt our next generation.

戰，傷聽見心跳

很國際設計語言的視覺表現，作者巧妙地安排了書本、和平鴿、WAR三個元素的組合，呈現了「彼此」的關懷、需求與冷漠、分離、戰爭、傷害，彼此緊靠相互依持，卻又擋不住(如一般書架的傾斜) 溝通無效而帶來的WAR災難，在Art的表現上，如果書本的書背除了白色鴿身外，多加一點實際書本的味道 (不要全都是空白的卡其色) 會讓畫面更加逼真，張力更強。

直至今日，人類的戰爭史還不斷的另開新頁，互相宣戰的理由很多、牽涉的時空也難以細數，唯一不變的，是它始終傷害著我們。若能彼此緊靠、相互依賴與支持，溝通代替歧見，成就一個團結的大家庭，世界將能和諧穩健的走下去。

在耳朵的耳窩裡，隱藏著一個小嬰兒，渺小珍貴的生命常在我們面對繁雜的社會中，無心關注而消失，只要妳聽到任何奇怪微弱的聲響，阻止並且拯救，你可以讓一條寶貴生命重新徜徉在這廣大美麗的世界裡。

感謝主辦單位以及評審給予的機會和賞識，獎金還蠻多的，真是太讚了。會持續努力的，啾咪。

聽得見聲音，是一件非常珍貴甚至奢侈的禮物。閉上眼睛，我聽見路上強褓中的嬰兒被母親呼巴掌怒罵，而嚎啕大哭的聲音、媽媽炒菜時的鍋鏟碰撞聲、阿嬤唱給我聽的日本兒歌、爸爸昏迷前對我說的謝謝以及他生命結束的那一秒，大家守護在床邊，哀傷的啜泣聲。在生命中，什麼聲音需要你的幫助? 什麼聲音又是讓你感到最幸福的呢?

From ages ago ti l l now, wars sti l l break out. The reasons to declare a war are plenty, and the relevant time and spaces take even longer to write down. However, the only thing that never changes is that war always leads to death. If we can communicate with each other, help each other, understand each other… we, as part of the human community, can become one big family and keep on prospering.

There's a baby hidden in our ears; and a tiny life often disappears due to our neglect. When you hear any strange and weak sound, rescue and prevent harm, and you may let a valuable life wander again in this wide and beautiful world.

臺灣傳統藝陣八家將-臉譜符號 - 彼此對話

同根生

生態嚴重破壞造成魚、鳥面臨破壞效應，從而對人類的生存環境產生影響。利用符號學表達魚、鳥生態，大小遠近，引喻面臨滅絕的問題，把臺灣百年傳統文化八家將，臉譜藝術轉換成符號學變化成臉譜，意味著守護臺灣生態滅絕嚴重的對話。

無論你是臺北人、巴黎人、東京人、上海人、紐約人或是雪梨人....，其實都是生長在地球上的地球人，曹植《七步詩》：「本是同根生，相煎何太急。」，我們是緊緊相繫的生命共同體，攜手破除藩籬磨平歧見不再傷害彼此，創造更美的境地！

此次比賽運用不同的面向思維，將臺灣百年傳統藝陣文化去做轉換，運用符號學的角度帶入視覺設計，在文化中找尋適合展現的元素，很幸運有林宏澤老師教導、呂江銘老師、劉炯男團長的協助幫忙之下才能有好的作品呈現。此作品受到評審肯定，心中有無限喜悅，另一意味代表臺灣傳統藝陣文化慢慢抬頭被看見，邁向國際舞台。

參加臺北設計獎讓我印象最深刻的是，能夠親自對作品做簡報，並能與評審做面對面的交流，討論作品更多的可能性！

With the semiotic expression of ecology, size, and distance, and allusion to the extinction of fish and birds, Taiwan’s centuries-old traditional culture of eight Face Arts converts change into a mask of semiotics and refers to the serious dialogue of guarding Taiwan's ecocide.

No matter where you are from, we all live on Earth. The old Chinese saying is: we grow from the same roots. Why should we hurt each other in such a rush? Taking care of each other is our indispensable duty. Let’s make a better world together.

海報的主人公是我用毛筆手繪的一名孤獨症兒童，他直視著觀眾。我沒有勾畫眼珠，是我對孤獨的主觀表達。兒童胸前有一段隧道，是我們進入孤獨症兒童內心世界的入口。全幅運用寂靜的藍，兒童表情孤獨，一個明黃的三角緊緊抓住兒童面部，於是，兒童與觀眾，相互產生了交流與對視。

城市的理性與人的感性，互相影響產生溫度，在這塊土地上，我們擁有豐富的在地文化與外來文化，首都臺北更是集時代、便利、藝文於一身，是我們急著向全世界分享的城市。海報以〝感染〞作為核心理念，因為我們相信臺灣這一塊熱情的土地正在感染著來自世界各地的你們。


The character in the poster is an autistic child staring at the audience which I created using a wri t ing brush. I did not delineate the eyes, which is my point of view about loneliness. The tunnel in front of child’s chest is the entrance through which we enter the world of autistic children. The whole picture is played by a silent blue and the expression of loneliness on the child’s face, which a light yellow tightly catches hold of.

The city's rationality and the people's sensibi l i ty have an impact on each other, thus producing a so-called 〝temperature.〞The

land boasts a wealth of local and foreign cultures. As the capital city, Taipei is a symbol of the times, convenience, and arts in one and a city we cannot wait to share with the world. The core concept of the poster is

〝infection,〞as we believe

that the passion of our land, Taiwan, is now spreading like an infection throughout the world.

我所製作的是書的封面。會以書封做為這次設計的表現方式，是因為〝書〞正是人與人之間的傳達想法的橋樑之一。背景使用了墨和水彩互相交融形成地球，墨色為黑、水彩為紅分別代表東方和西方，畫面中心的想法思維便是地球的核心，由地球上每個人小小的想法思維匯集而成。將畫面用不同過去的邏輯顛倒過來，提醒我們別用同一角度去看世界，換個角度或許會有意外的發現。

以人文為出發點，用電燈泡代表交流對話的開關，淺而易懂的表情符號也可以開啟彼此的交流。儘管不是每個人都可以經由交流而打開心扉，但勇於嘗試與人交流卻也是種新的開始。


Book Cover is chosen as the theme of this design presentation, as the book is a means of transmitting a n d e x c h a n g i n g i d e a s and thoughts, bridging all people. The background is a blend of tradit ional Chinese ink wi th water color, forming the Earth; these black and red colors each represent the East and the West. Many tiny ideas and thoughts from ind iv idua ls a re merged at the center to form the Earth's Core.

With humanities as a starting point , the e lectr ic l ight bulbs represent the switch of exchange and dialogue, shallow yet understandable emoticons can also turn on each other's exchanges. Although not every one can open one’s heart through exchanges, the courage to try to communicate with people is a kind of new beginning.

隨著城市化進程的加速，曾有的綠色，花卉和鳥類的生活已經成為回憶，漸行漸遠。我們只能走在強化水泥砌成的城市，走在有霧的森林，人類越來越像一台呼吸機。鳥類離不開木材，魚離不開水，兔子離不開土地，人類也離不開大自然的一切。

With the acceleration of the urbanization process, the once green, flowers, and bird life have become memor ies . And we can only walk in the reinforced concrete of the city. In the foggy forest, human beings become jus t b rea th ing machines. 臺北城市交通發達，「捷運」是個較為便利及快速的大眾交通工具，因此以捷運地圖來作為設計主軸，便將臺北捷運地圖插畫化，表達出「臺北」不僅是個臺灣首都，也是ㄧ個熱鬧繁華的都市，藉由此地圖可讓來自不同地方的遊客，聯「繫」於臺北，更加了解臺北這個都市與地方特色。

Taipei City has convenient traffic.The MRT, for example, is a more convenient and f a s t e r f o r m o f p u b l i c t ranspor ta t ion . Hence , with the MRT map as the design focus, the Taipei MRT route map is illustrated to show that 〝Ta ipe i〞

is not only the capital of Taiwan, but also a bustling c i ty. Through the map, tourists from different places b e c o m e〝 c o n n e c t e d 〞in Taipei, thereby better understanding the local specialties of the city.

The combinat ion of the image of a migratory bird and the concept of puzzles is a metaphor that indicates the drifting and incomplete statement of the minds of modern people. Dissembling t he Ch inese cha rac te r

〝love〞 into meaningless

pieces, it seems inexplicable at first, but through sincere and warm communication with actual correspondence, the shape of love as well as our incomplete soul will become whole and clear.

倒映水中的虎，憂鬱、無奈、憤怒，在蕩漾的漣漪中淡去 … 保護動物，愛護動物，生靈彼此心有靈犀，彼此默契相關，強烈的色彩對比，警示我們珍愛彼此依賴的生命星球！

在此作品中每個人都只有一條腿，必須和旁邊的人共用另一條腿才能保持平衡，呼籲現代人應該要同心協力，團結合作就像兩人三腳一樣，需要培養默契才能到達終點，而右邊的血袋就像捐血與輸血，比喻著人們的愛心與力量，彼此互相幫忙，將愛心不斷傳播下去。


The tiger, with a style that is depressed, hopeless and angry, fades away slowly in the ripples of the waves. The tiger and its reflection, which mean the positive and the negative comparison, show the interactive forces.T h e u s e o f t h e s t ro n g color contrast warns us to treasure the nature that depends on you and me.

In this piece of work, every person only has one leg, so one must share the other leg with others to keep standing, invoking everyone to work together. Col laborat ion is just like a three-legged race; all must develop the same wavelength to get to the terminal. The blood bag on the right side is just like blood donation and blood transfusion; it represents human love and strength, as people help each other and continue spreading love.

會說話的城市

「會說話的城市」以圖文並茂的人行道鋪面設計，有系統的導覽區域的生活面貌，介紹城市多元的文化內涵，協助旅行者由陌生的異地旅遊轉為熟絡的在地旅遊，兼顧觀光經濟與區域環境的平衡發展。「會說話的城市」由點而線而面的分散式旅遊資訊指引鋪面，降低觀光景點集中化帶給城市居民交通及生活環境的衝擊。

本設計在於鼓勵遊客探索富有當地人文色彩./.非主流的生活化旅遊路線，避免觀光區因過度集中人潮，而產生畸形的文化變異與重度環境污染。座落在每一個路口的資訊，可以和緩的引導旅客，分散路線並深入探索當地，亦可間接建議旅客在當地有適當的行為舉止，此規劃可降低多數遊客在陌生環境易產生的不安感與文化衝擊。

此概念源於挖掘新事物並觀察遊客，發現潛在的〝旅遊副作用〞，紀錄訪問與深入問題核心，這驗證的過程給了設計充沛能量。平衡城市資源的良型循環，能讓遊客學習共享，提升當地經濟與文化保留，讓身為旅者的每趟旅行，都將愈發純粹與迷人。

San Francisco Speaks for Itself

This design places travel information and local basics on the surface of neighborhood sidewalks, creating maps that you literally walk over. The design forms a friendlier travel environment for tourists. My idea could encourage tourists to follow the secondary, non-crowded, locally-based travel routes. The information on every street can increase tourists' sense of security in order to balance their culture shock.

人雨人不收傘寶鋪里民咖啡

「人雨人不收傘」以建置於建築物之間的空間纜繩結構系統，利用傘尖金屬吸附纜繩磁鐵構件，可收納許多愛心雨傘，為驟雨阻礙的行人提供臨時的避雨空間或雨中小徑。「人雨人不收傘」將雨傘轉換為藝術般的裝置，人與人因雨中的互助介面而生關愛的心，就像在雨中一朵朵盛開的傘花。

「寶鋪里民咖啡」以待開發中的建設用地，兼具形象宣傳規劃臨時建築及相關設施提供社區居民使用，開放式的建築、景觀、室內環境，結合餐飲、展示、閱覽、講演等藝文休閒功能，兼具形象宣傳。「寶鋪里民咖啡」塑造社區美好人文生活並能經由社區服務提升企業形象，是閒置建築用地階段開發利用的優良範例。

設計者企圖將設計回歸與人的友善關係，以〝都市微囊咖啡〞的行為角度切入，結合出〝分享〞與〝彼此〞的概念，運用彈性的空間功能，利用許多書櫃與轉板的設計，透過上掀、推拉、旋轉等系統，讓白天的分享空間最大化，夜晚則考量管制需求讓辦公室及吧台空間最小化。

很榮幸得到這次比賽銀獎，首先感謝主辦單位提供這次的比賽機會，讓我們團隊在比賽過程中透過彼此這樣的主題得到更多的啟發，也感謝工作人員的辛勞與努力,你們的用心我們都感受到了。還有還有，這一路上支持我們的家人與朋友，希望下次我們能再接再厲做出更感動的設計，讓這個城市甚至全世界感受到我們臺灣設計的活力，最後感謝人雨人不收傘。

U & I Not Closing Umbrella

PaoPu Neighborhood Café

When people cross in the rain, opening the umbrella is exactly the concept of people strolling in the city and sharing umbrellas with each other that integrate people and space. Offering umbrellas to strangers without umbrellas enhances the convenience and the connection of people through the umbrella storage wire system in the sky.

The designer attempted to turn the design into a friendly relationship between people and formed the concept an arcade area without an enclosure. At the same time, the point of〝City Cafe〞combines the idea of

sharing and using the system of pulling, pushing, and rotating to make the biggest room space.

適用場合

人雨人。不收傘，正是在城市生活步行空間中作為發想，以共乘一把雨傘的概念，將人與空間結合在一起。每個人提供手邊的雨傘，透過位於天空的空間纜索結構系統作為雨傘暫時性收納, 將未使用的雨傘提供給陌生人使用，進而促進人與人之間的交流及便利性。

歡迎自己來到臺北之~踏行道篇

緣

此一作品其本質、本心只是純然發現眼前〝臺北現有的踏行道〞是否可添入一些色彩與想像，填入心意與樂趣！能讓彼此於臺北的街道上，就可隨處感受到臺北的活力與機能。初期階段由民間與政府，共組一美學團隊，能常態性的純然、用心、賦予這踏行道，其整體美、生命麗、活化性有基礎之建立！

想要可以與眾人互動，卻又不失尷尬為出發點。這張椅子可以為眾人帶來歡笑，每一個你身邊的人坐下去時，你都可以感受到身邊人的存在。用球圍成一個圓，希望在外表與功用上，能帶給眾人視覺與感官上的享受，讓彼此不再只是個體，而是一個群體。

很開心，能來參與此次臺北設計獎，並跟彼此傳遞交流Welcome to Taipei﹝歡迎自己來到臺北﹞的心意與生命力。感恩並感謝主辦單位的支持與鼓勵，我們會好好持續耕耘、栽種投入!!

friendship.〞The calla lily has multiple

meanings, including youthfulness and vitality, elegance, pure color, like-minded, and a good impression of someone. The modern bus stop gives the bustling city the extra touch of the organic spirit.

佳作 Excellence

結合窗口與樹屋的概念所設計，我們把每一格空間比喻為一個窗口，進入這個窗口，彷彿來到一個不同於往常生活的小世界。分隔島不再是車道的畫分，而是讓人在喧鬧的市區裡感受森林般的公共空間。以全球觀點角度來創造全新分隔島，與科技並用發展出城市裡的森林，解決問題，提升環境品質。

創作理念

We take each space as a window. Through the window, we enter a small world that is different from the life we have. Instead of separating traffic lanes, islands become forest-like areas for the public. With the boosts of Technology and international perspective in creating brand new forest-like islands, problems will be solved and the quality of our surroundings will be improved.

企圖去討論博物館的形式，打破傳統單棟建築的概念思維，拆解成一個簇群的方式，重新定義博物館對社會及都市的新價值觀，進而達到一種〝新生命〞的場所精神。概念主要是利用有趣的巷弄路徑與開口引發小孩在遊戲中學習，漫行於介面空間之中。此場域是孩子的遊戲地圖，是孩子的〝學習博物館〞。

l ife〞spirit. The concept

我們希望在觀光旅遊區建造一座符合廁所機能並將其設計成友善空間，使老弱婦孺和殘障者有相同的如廁待遇，同時融入環保與視覺感官的公共廁所。室內我們選擇乾濕分離，建築外觀方面以樹葉的曲折作發想，運用自然元素響應景點周遭山水美景，同時我們也將自然元素延伸進廁所內，使其內外呼應。

在城市有限的空間，如公園、停車場或郊區的空地上，可以蓋一些立體公園，增加城市芬多精，利用接觸點極小化，與不損原有土地的面積，可以增加利用面積，就如同一般大樓公寓的概念一般，二層三層等，可以加蓋立體公園、球埸，在有限的城市空間中，做最有效的利用。


We w a n t t o m a k e t h e public toilet functional and environmental friendly, and be used by all ages and the disabled. We solved this important problem by making the public toi let wet and dry separated and kept a space between the walls, so the air can go through. The design of the public toilets is inspired by the leaf shape; we want to match the beautiful view of the nature and the building design.

We can build some three-dimensional parks, increase urban phytoncid and increase u t i l i z e d a re a s w i t h o u t compromising the original land areas through contact point minimization. Like the concept of regular two-story or three-story buildings, by building rest areas in the city such as three-dimensional parks, basketball courts, or cafes, maximized utilization in the limited city space can be achieved, thereby providing the city people a leisurely life.

以全國第一家主題式連鎖自助洗衣坊為出發點，結合裝置藝術、視景延伸、室內設計、故事性、心理學等元素創作。此室內空間為巫婆所居住的城堡其中一小角落的房間為設計主軸，牆面自然延伸出至城堡地其它視景空間。

運用互動科技，當民眾站於候車亭下等車時，樹上方對應位置的LED燈會亮起，使人有安全感，而隨著民眾的增加則樹上光芒會更亮並且不再自顧低頭使用手機，而會一起欣賞頂端如流螢般的點滴光芒。而樹上亮光設計除了群聚與增加安全外，更可使公車駕駛在夜晚時可確知候車亭下方有民眾候車，使安全與效率更加分。


This is a special DIY Laundry Store. The appearance of the Laundry completely changed, now without the cold, traditional looks. You will be fascinated upon entering the Laundry. It is like a fairy in charge of Love, Wealth, Intelligence, and Health and also welcomes you to join in to find your own fairy to deal with your laundry.

By the use of interactive technology, when people stand in the shelters for the cars, the tree square c o r r e s p o n d i n g t o t h e position of the LED lights up. As the number of people increases, the trees' light becomes b r igh te r. The movements also vary, to add a fun and lively atmosphere and a lso add l ight and warmth to a cold society. The tree light design allows the bus driver to see people waiting below in the night shelters to ascertain safety and efficiency.

我們設計的智慧型博愛座系統，所有的座位可以因需求而轉變為博愛座，以顏色區隔，博愛座的數量會依據需求而釋出。列車上的所有座位都為優先座位；在車輛靠站或上車時，系統會自動規劃博愛座的優先序位，感應上車乘客中需要博愛座的人數，然而會在車廂內的座位當中以「優先」讓座的座椅顏色和聲音提示，請「非優先」的乘客提早讓位。

礁溪街是沿著交通脈絡而建的小鎮。這幾條交通線劃分的不只有建築與建築，還有人在此不同的生活態度。在服務鄉民與導覽遊客之間，空出一個曖昧空間，讓陌生的兩人有遇見彼此的空間。


All seats on the train are available as Priority Seats. Everyone who needs a seat can get an induction sticker and paste it on the Easy Card. Then, the system can receive the signal delivered from the Easy Card and c a l c u l a t e t h e re q u i re d number of Priority Seats. The seats nearest the door will be lighted up and turned into priority seats. Moreover, the information of Priority Seats will be displayed on a screen on the platform.

The Jiaosi township was deve loped f rom t ra f f i c roads. The traffic roads not only divide the space of building masses, but also the attitudes of life in the distr icts. An ambiguous space vacated between serv ic ing v i l l agers and navigation tourists allows two strangers to meet each other.

民有，民治，民享臺北立方體目的是設計人的活動和生活方式，而不是死板，固定的結構設計。人與人之間的關係（U 跟 I）是臺北立方體的主要驅動力。根據人們如何重組立方體，將推出新的人與人和大眾之間的關係。

以都市尺度的數位影像作為概念的原型，想像一座如同數位相框的播放器，矗立於車水馬龍的街頭，成為互動溝通的介面，可以提供人與人之間訊息的交換來源。

People，Of the People

Taipei cube aims to design people's activity and lifestyle rather than design a rigidly f ixed structure. And the re l a t i o n s h i p s b e t w e e n people (.U and I.) are the main driving force of Taipei cube. Depending on how people reorganize cubes, a new relationship between people and the public will be introduced.

With the dig i ta l images made to urban scale as the concept prototype, imagine a player like a digital photo frame is erected on a busy street and becomes the interactive communication interface. It serves as the source for providing message exchanges between people.

此設計為停車位指示系統，由二顆太陽能LED道路導標燈及一顆太陽能無線感應器組成。使用者可透過手機APP即可尋找公用停車位，亦可目視LED燈光引導尋找。此設計提高停車效率，節省盲目尋找停車位時所消耗的汽油。

創作理念

當馬路分為左右二側各行其道，連人們在搭乘電扶梯時都會靠右站立，讓出左側給急忙的行人時，為什麼我們的人行道不能像馬路一樣，也分出行進方向，讓行人也各行其道？讓〝彼此〞在過馬路時少了衝撞，多一些和諧呢？

創作理念

The cars are driven in two directions. Even when taking the escalators, people automatically give way to those in a rush by standing on the right hand side. So why don't we divide the pedestrian crossing into two directions, just like the roads, and let pedestrians walk their own way as well? Why not let 〝you and

I〞get across the street with harmony?

帶著一塊簡單的方型〝布〞，拉鍊與扣環結合而成，可以帶著〝他〞隨意跟著時間地點變形，成為社交的衣服、收納的行李、休憩的躺椅或吊床。帶著〝他〞用自己和世界交朋友。〝他〞讓我更深更冷靜的發現旅行的角落、旅行的人以及旅行的意義，而拼湊出自己那一塊獨一無二的世界地圖。

Made using a simple square cloth, zippers, and buckles, one can bring

〝it〞and transform it into a social attire,

storage luggage, lounger, or hammock that moves with time and place.〝It〞is all we need to make friends from around the world.

The design of the parking space indicator system is made up of two solar LED road navigation lights and one solar wireless sensor. Users can find public parking spaces through the APP on their phones or visually follow the LED light to find them.
