2. Gateway sends message to Sales Force Service Cloud.

3. Case is created and sent to App Admin Console.

4. Console detects machine and location, and sensor that detected failure.

5. Console generates map with location of machine failure and service engineers in area.

6. Admin selects FSE closest to location and opens dashboard to check availability.

7. Engineer assigned to case (pending availability) .

8. Application sends email or SMS to FSE with required info and FSE accepts the call.
