GENERAL QUESTIONS ON ALL PRODUCTS

1. What are the products made from? The complete NYOU line by YOUNIVERSE WORLD is characterised by a unique and inimitable philosophy: to combine the best active ingredients from nature, those which have the ability to communicate perfectly with our organisation through cutting-edge technologies, the result of exciting research in the best laboratories in the world for applied cosmeceutics. We are convinced that certain natural active ingredients are perfectly able to communicate with our skin, teaching it to stay young, healthy and bright. We have selected the most effective raw materials and we have used them in their maximum concentrations. We have therefore been pushed to go even further in respect of technology in search of new formulas: a) we have combined these incomparable ingredients with an entirely new patented promotional method, which we call Crackle Technology and which is broken down into NYOUFACE 1, Skin Care Crackle, and NYOULEGS, Skin Crackle Legs. b) we have observed, for the first time, the possibility of obtaining a stable micro emulsion, completely free of harmful preservatives: NYOUFACE 2, Skin Care Cream. 2. Which active ingredients do the three products contain? The active ingredients used are without a doubt indicated for their eudermic properties. Respected international scientific research demonstrates their proven effectiveness. In NYOUFACE 1, Skin Care Crackle, our crackle preparation mousse supported by Crackle Technology, the main active ingredients are Aloe Vera, Elastin, Collagen, Hyaluronic acid and Trehalose. In NYOUFACE 2, Skin Care Cream, Aloe Vera is found again, totally replacing the water contained in the product, Elastin, Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid and Trehalose, but also a complex mix of added vitamins, as well as Rosehip Oil, Rice Oil, Sweet Almond Oil and Tea Tree Oil. Within NYOULEGS, Skin Crackle Legs, Ivy predominates over the active ingredients. It is used in a very large quantity, and supported by at least 11 other active ingredients: Brown algae, Aloe Vera, Birch, Caffeine, Carnitine, Centella Asiatica, Genistein, Pepper, Green Tea, Theophilline and Theobromine.



3. How does each component work, what does it work on, on which skin structures? NYOUFACE 1, Skin Care Crackle:

• Aloe Vera: a plant that can regenerate and which is self-healing when it is attacked by animals or insects. With it, the epidermis learns to regenerate and to regain its natural state of well-being.

• Elastin: the flexible material at the base of the structure of the skin. It is essential for ensuring elasticity.

• Collagen: a filling substance, with several features similar to gelatine which is used in cooking. To better understand how it works, try it, touch it! Collagen is actually the part of the epidermis that we feel when we pinch our skin between our thumb and index finger; it is enough to carry out this operation on your arm to detect another more marked layer under the epidermis: collagen, exactly.

• Hyaluronic acid: It contributes to maintaining hydration and filling the skin, by working as a chain-like structure on which an increasing number of water molecules hang.

• Trehalose: it's a kind of protective film, used to protect the skin by preserving it from adverse environment effects and climate changes.

NYOUFACE 2, Skin Care Cream:

• Aloe Vera by replacing water: all creams usually contain at least 50% water, a versatile and inexpensive product. In the NYOUFACE 2 formula, the quantity of water has been replaced by an Aloe Vera juice. With this plant the skin learns to regenerate and to regain its natural state of well-being.

• Elastin: flexible material at the base of the structure of the skin. It is essential for ensuring elasticity.

NYOULEGS, Skin Crackle Legs:

• Ivy: a talented plant, capable of improving the circulation of the capillary network and therefore combat the unsightly aspects of cellulite in particular. It contains an unbelievable amount of active ingredients, which work in synergy: among them, in particular, can be found triterpen saponin, hederacoside A, rutoside, flavonoids, a substance with an oestrogenic action, phytosterols, sugars, carotenoids, caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid, which contribute, in particular to improving circulation and, therefore, reducing the unsightly appearance of cellulite.

• Brown Algae: rebalancing the structure of the skin to restore the nutrients needed to restore well-being.

4. What allergy risks are there or side effects linked to the three products? The three new products form YOUNIVERSE WORLD, have been designed, studied and produced according to very strict hypoallergenic standards. An international clinical trial, performed by the famous University of Ferrara, Italy, has confirmed the absolute safety of the products as well as their full compatibility with all skin types. Even particularly sensitive subjects or those with subclinical diseases can benefit from the dazzling effects of the products without exposing their skin to any risk. Tests performed have highlighted such convincing results that the same University were so convinced it authorised the use of its own emblem on the product, a case virtually unique in the history of Italian cosmetology. However, despite all these precautions and the major investments, and based on an extensive statistical basis, we were unable to identify skin intolerances on the subjects. They can



never be identified by any hypoallergenic test, although they may be performed. 5. How does the body react to the composition of the products, what happens on a cellular level? With NYOUFACE 1 and NYOUFACE 2, several physical and chemical reactions take place on the cells. Hydro soluble active ingredients (Aloe Vera, Urea, Allantoin…) are seeking to regain the hydrolipidic mantle, i.e. the valuable film that surrounds the skin and keeps it moisturised. In addition, they constitute an effective shield against harmful external agents such as the sun, wind, cold, temperature jumps and especially smog and pollution. Lipophilic active ingredients (regenerating oils and fat soluble vitamins) nourish the skin. Moreover, the synergy of the active ingredients: a) increases cell repair - regenerating effect, b) combats the free radicals responsible for cell aging - anti-aging effects, c) stimulates the production of new collagen and elastin, essential elements of the skin, repairing

effect, d) all while rebalancing imbalances in the production of sebum and in the appearance of acne and

blackheads- cleansing effect.

With NYOULEGS, on the cellular level, the active ingredients are pushed deeper into the dermis, due to the Crackle Technology, and performing many tasks: a) drainage of fluid retention – no to retention and heaviness, b) thermogenic effect - fat storage by adipose cells, leads to orange-peel skin, c) hydration and nourishment - increase the tone and elasticity of skin, improvement appearance of

stretch marks, d) activation of the capillary network - feeling of lightness, depuration of toxins, e) protection of blood vessels - improvement in the appearance of veins and capillaries.

6. How are the products used? NYOUFACE 1, Skin Care Crackle, is applied once a day in the morning or evening, on the clean skin of the face, neck, neckline, average duration 15 days. NYOUFACE 2, Skin Care Cream, is applied immediately after the treatment with NYOUFACE 1, twice a day, morning and evening, on the clean skin of the face, neck, neckline, average duration 30 days. The application may be repeated several times during the day, as needed, in the case of excessively dry skin. NYOULEGS is applied once or twice a day, on the clean skin of the buttocks and thighs, 3 blobs per



leg, average duration 15 days. 7. For how long and how regularly should the products be used to get results? 8 weeks are needed for all three products. However, improvements may be noted after the first application in respect of hydration, elasticity and brightness of the skin. 8. How are the products packaged? How is their seal ensured? The choice of packaging for the three products is the result of a very sophisticated and professional assessment. The two products which use Crackle Technology, NYOUFACE 1 and NYOULEGS, are stored in aluminium vials capable of withstanding pressure of at least 18 atmospheres, a unique case in the whole cosmetic sector. A special varnish covers the inner wall and isolates the valuable content of the aluminium of the vial, whose properties could be altered. A precious silver cardboard box has the task of conveying the product properly and protecting it from being directly exposed to sunlight. By creating a compensation chamber used for the thermicity of the vial/box pair, this type of packaging seems to be the best to date. Lastly the mother cream NYOUFACE 2 is kept in a special polystyrene box made specially for YOUNIVERSE WORLD. The purpose of this special "thermal case" is to protect the cream during the long distribution route and especially when being stored in a refrigerator. This product actually seems to be the first cosmetic product in the world to be completely free of preservatives. Such a feature requires a lot of attention and precautions to be taken as regards temperature jumps which could be fatal to the delicate balance of the stability of the product. The cream is poured, still hot, in an environment called a "gray chamber" with zero contamination and in a special sterile container in technical glassware. Thanks to an advanced technology, the glass receives a special layer of anti UVA and UVB white paint. A "keep fresh," seal placed between the container and lid, will preserve the cream during use. For perfect storage, it is very important to put the container and the polystyrene in the refrigerator after every application. 9. Are the products also suitable for men? Due to their exclusive formula, the three products from the NYOU line are very well suited for men's skin. All the formulas are moisturising, but not greasy, in full harmony with male skin, which produces more sebum. Furthermore, the perfumes have been selected after consulting a representative sample, also including male perfumes, and are promoted as totally unisex perfumes. 10. How long is the product effective after use? THIS QUESTION CAN MEAN TWO THINGS: A) HOW LONG DOES THE EFFECT LAST BETWEEN APPLICATIONS; B) HOW LONG DOES THE EFFECT LAST WHEN THE CYCLE OF



APPLICATIONS HAS FINISHED. ANSWER A) These three unique and inimitable products have been designed with the latest technologies. The formula is able to make the active ingredients work for the duration. The skin remains hydrated, nourished and protected for at least 12 hours at a time. ANSWER B) the results last for a period of at least three months, after which it is advisable to renew the treatment over 8 weeks and so on… Regardless, the products have been tested in order to be used 365 days a year, in order to constantly and sustainably benefit from the effects of the three products from the NYOU line.

11. What is Crackle Technology made of? The vial contains a special mixture of gases as well as the product. At the time of application, the gases come in contact with air and the heat of the skin and produce a series of micro explosions. These micro explosions achieve three essential and very important tasks: a) the pores fully open without undergoing any trauma. 1. Should NYOUFACE 2 Skin care cream be stored in the fridge and, if yes, why? NYOUFACE Skin care cream represents the more sophisticated methods now employed in the field cosmetics. The total absence of preservatives means that the product has to be treated with care to ensure its preservation over time. After opening, the cream comes into contact with the hands which will extract the first few doses. Very little among us know that this time is crucial. So we ask you to wash your hands thoroughly before taking the cream from the container. However, even by taking this excellent precaution, it is advisable to put NYOUFACE 2 back in the fridge, with its special polystyrene cube wrapper. This is so that the low temperature can ensure the perfect integrity of the product for up to 90 days. The PAO symbol on the box confirms this assurance. Therefore, to summarise NYOUFACE 2 is stored in a fridge unlike any other cosmetic cream containing preservatives which can be kept in a normal cool place. 2. How long can I keep NYOUFACE 2 Skin care cream in the fridge after opening? NYOUFACE 2 keeps for 60 days, if it is correctly put away in a fridge, which is longer than the time required for it to be fully used. 3. NYOUFACE 2 Skin care cream is recommended for which age groups? NYOUFACE 2 is a primordial mother cream. The product does not ask what your age is or even what your skin type is. However NYOUFACE 1, only has the aqueous phase and not the oily phase, which means that the product alone is incomplete and needs NYOUFACE 2 face cream to reach its full potential, in which there is also an oily phase, which is nourishing and emollient. What does aqueous phase and oily phase mean? All creams have an aqueous phase, consisting of water and ingredients which dissolve in water, and an oily phase consisting of nourishing oils and ingredients which dissolve in oil. In addition, the formula of this cream is not comedogenic, that is to say that it does not cause skin impurities to form, due to its nourishing moisturisers (such as the Rosehip oil, Rice oil and Sweet Almond Oil) which absolutely do not clog pores thus enabling the skin to breathe freely. We often think, incorrectly, that skin impurities can be treated with aggressive products (usually alcohol based with chemical synthesis active ingredients) to quickly suppress any form of impurity, this belief is incorrect. Apart from rare cases skin assaulted by such strong ingredients tends to defend itself by producing an excess of sebum, in order to reconstitute the essential lipid epidermal component necessary for the skin to protect itself from external agents such as smog, smoke, cold, sun, etc. So-called normal skin, i.e. skin with no particular problem and which hasn't yet entered the critical area of the senescence, will benefit from the use of NYOUFACE 2, which will become a genuine elixir of well-being. In fact, by using this product daily it actively combats aging and the harmful action of exogenous agents, thus maintaining healthy, bright skin. Treatment with NYOUFACE 2 is recommended from puberty to benefit from a constant energetic contribution to skin. 10. Can NYOUFACE 1 be combined with other creams or other face treatments? Crackle Technology, which is the basis for NYOUFACE 1, is able to prepare the skin and to make any type of cosmetics and cosmeceutics decidedly more effective, it can therefore be used with other creams. However, NYOUFACE 1 contains a series of active ingredients, such as collagen, elastin and even hyaluronic acid, which express their full potential in synergy with the face cream NYOUFACE 2. Are there contra-indications for using NYOUFACE 1 and NYOUFACE 2? One contra-indication for NYOUFACE 2 is the eye contour area, this very delicate area must be carefully avoided and treated with products ad hoc. Both products have been tested from a dermatologic point of view and these tests, carried out at the prestigious cosmetology laboratory of the University of Ferrara (Italy), highlighted their total skin compatibility and have been fully approved. The use of the products is not recommended in pregnant women as this stage is too fragile in a woman's life. In rare cases intolerances may be seen in respect of one or several components of the cosmetic preparations. There are actually no ingredients which at least potentially, cannot give rise to an allergy. Such intolerances are quite sporadic and are no more linked to the product itself than the individuality of the person. 12. How many times do NYOUFACE 1 and NYOUFACE 2 have to be used before results are achieved? When using both NYOUFACE products we are witnessing two types of sensational results: from the first application the skin appears more toned and luminous, after a week of treatment the skin appears healthier and rebalanced. With regular use of both products the result is completely unsurpassed: skin imperfections gradually settle, laughter lines appear more relaxed, while deep wrinkles are filled by the active filling components.



QUESTIONS ON NYOULEGS 1. How does NYOULEGS work? NYOULEGS anti-cellulite bases its exceptional efficacy on two essential features: a) the use of the best active ingredients and those most tested against poor appearance with very high rates (in some cases the concentration of the active ingredient is even double compared with existing products). Natural active ingredient have been selected both from those which have proved more efficient on the basis of clinical trials and international scientific research, or on the basis of their specific talent. Is NYOULEGS effective for all types of cellulite? Crackle Technology acts effectively on the three stages of cellulite. Cellulite actually presents a first phase in which there is fluid retention, swelling and heaviness, in the second phase the famous orange-peel skin appears as fats build up in the cells and there is a lot of fluid retention in cell openings. In the third stage the orange-peel skin is very thick and visible to the naked eye without "pinching” the area. Touching the areas affected by cellulite is painful, and these parts are cold and very clear because of poor circulation in the skin. 3. Does NYOULEGS remove or reduce cellulite ? NYOULEGS is able to overcome the first stage of the cellulite. NYOULEGS decisively improves cellulite in the second stage, the orange-peel skin decreases visibly because the product activates circulation, promotes the drainage of interstitial liquids while removing the fat build-ups in adipose cells. Are there restrictions over the application of NYOULEGS on any part of the body? NYOULEGS can be applied to the legs, hips, abdomen and forearm to combat the unsightly appearance of cellulite. You should wash your hands thoroughly after using NYOULEGS. 5. Are there contra-indications regarding NYOULEGS (pregnancy, breastfeeding, etc.)? The contra-indications are those of the ordinary laws in respect of pregnant women, in which the use of any product must be under the watchful eye of a doctor, and personal hypersensitivity to one or several components (which depends on an individual variable and can occur with any type of cosmetic product). Although NYOULEGS has been tested dermatologically at the University of Ferrara and obtained excellent skin tolerance results. 6. What causes redness of the skin (more or less apparent) ? Can we check for an allergic reaction? After using NYOULEGS you can check for redness of the skin. This reaction is completely normal. Some of the components in the product such as ivy extract, red pepper and methyl nicotine have the task of stimulating local microcirculation so toxins under the skin typical of oedemas from cellulite can be drained. The more redness generated by these components the greater the effectiveness of the product. Never confuse an allergic reaction with redness from the hyperemic therapeutic activity of the active components in professional quantities. appearance of cellulite. 7. What is the best frequency of use for NYOULEGS? We advise using NYOULEGS in the morning on clean, dry skin. In cases of persistent cellulite, in the second or third stage, it is possible to use the product a second time in the day, but not before bed. 8. How long does NYOULEGS last after use (how many applications) ? The vial is intended for 20 applications on an area stretching from the buttocks at the knee (for both legs). 9. Is NYOULEGS more effective if applied before muscle training? Aerobic or anaerobic exercises are not directly linked to the product's action. Of course moderate physical activity may prove beneficial for the body and cellulite. 10. How can we respond to a customer who hasn't obtained any or practically no result with NYOULEGS? For a customer, for whom no improvement has been detected, some questions should be asked?

a) Check if the product has been correctly used: have they used the product every day? Twice a day? For at least 8 weeks? The customer has probably been irregular in their treatment. At this stage you should ask them to follow the usage instructions.

b) The customer replies that they have regularly followed all the instructions At this stage move on to the scientific explanation of cellulite: "cellulite is not just unsightly, but a real illness that is called EDEMATOUS FIBROSCLEROT PANNICULOPATHY (EFSP) and that the cosmetic product, even if it is more efficient than other products on the market, cannot work miracles, especially on old events. Certainly, NYOULEGS will have made a change, skin will be more luminous and elastic, and movement will be much improved. Therefore, the results were there, everything depends on what they were looking for. So then invite the client to continue the treatment combined with a low-salt and low-calorie diet to drink at least two litres of water a day and to carry out light physical activity such as walking or climb stairs, to maximise the results.

11. Has the efficacy of the product been proven? To confirm the effectiveness of this revolutionary product, rigorous clinical trials have been conducted in at least two university cosmetic laboratories: that of Ferrara and that of Pavia.



At the University of Ferrara it was demonstrated how the product makes a decisive contribution from very soon after application, unlike normal anti-cellulite gels and creams.

We then tested the product with the cosmetology laboratory at the University of Pavia, with surprising results. The prestigious University of Pavia conducted effective clinical trials measuring the effects of Crackle Technology applied to an anti-cellulite product. The results show a significant reduction in the thigh girth, with a reduction of 3.1 cm over eight weeks (FIG.1), and the knee girth, with a reduction of at least 2.1 cm over the same period (FIG.2).

Even the measurement of the thermograph, i.e. the parameter representing the cellulite, it tends to decrease over time, confirming the effectiveness of an anti-cellulite product based on a technology.

The assessment of the effectiveness was entrusted to the personal judgment of the subjects under clinical assessment. The self-assessment confirms the data highlighted by the test measures, with an average judgment rating of 8, on a scale of 1 to 10.

12. Does NYOULEGS act on the stomach area?
