Two Night Break

Enjoy a two-night break to include Monday 30th December or Wednesday 1st January for just £300 per person sharing a double or twin room inclusive of accommodation, full English Breakfast and £30 towards dinner.

Superior and Pudding rooms £330/£340/£350 per person.

Single and Small doubles £280 per person and double for single occupancy £330 per person.

Well behaved dogs welcome at £15 per dog for one night and £5 for additional nights thereafter.

Friday 13th and Saturday 14th December

Welcome, relax with a drink in the bar before enjoying a three-course festive dinner followed by tea or coffee. Then dance the night away to Toppers Disco until midnight. There will be Casino tables open after dinner too if you fancy a flutter, prizes for the winner!

Places cost £49.50 per person. Includes a three-course festive dinner, disco, casino tables, crackers and novelties.

How to book your Christmas Lunch, Dinner or Party Night:

For all Christmas Parties a deposit of £10 per person is required. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Deposits can be made by bank transfer, credit card or cheque payable to Classic Country Hotels Ltd.

For all events, full, non-refundable pre-payment is required 14 days prior to the event.

Pre-orders for food are required at least 14 days prior to the event.

Please note some dishes may contain allergens and we have allergens in our kitchen. We can offer alternative dishes, please speak to a member of the team. The hotel must be notified of all special dietary requirements at least 14 days prior to the event.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

1. All verbal bookings will be treated as provisional pending receipt of written confirmation and appropriate deposit.

2. Bookings not paid in full 14 days prior to the event will be deemed to have cancelled and monies paid will be retained by the hotel.

3. No refunds of monies paid will be made for cancellations or decreases in numbers of guests attending unless the hotel is able to resell the space.

4. Monies paid for non-arrivals are forfeited and cannot be transferred to cover food, drinks or overnight accommodation for other members of the party.

5. Party organisers or company representatives will be liable for any misconduct by their guests which result in damage to the property of the hotel or it’s associated assets.

. Management reserve the right to refuse admission and reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol under the Licencing

Act 2003.

7. All drinks consumed on the premises must be purchased at the hotel. A

corkage charge will be made to the organisers account for any drinks consumed by guests that have not been purchased at the hotel.

8. The hotel is not liable for accident or loss that occurs on the premises at an event or as a result from a persons’ consumption of alcohol.

Guests are asked to behave in a responsible manner and dress appropriately. Unacceptable behaviour from any guest will not be tolerated and may result in a guest being asked to leave the premises.

10. The hotel reserves the right to transfer a party to an alternative room should the existing confirmed numbers increase or decrease.

11. All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%. If the VAT rate changes our prices will be modified accordingly.

12. All details are correct at the time of going to print. The hotel reserves the right to alter or amend the content or to cancel an event for any reason. In such circumstances and without affecting your legal rights. You may choose an alternative date subject to availability

or obtain a full refund from us.

13. It is recommended that you take out insurance to cover cancellation when booking an event.
