your COVID-19 lateral Flow testing Instructions

We are here to guide you through the full process of being able to self admin the Lateral Flow Test at home.

In order to help you we have created some simple steps for you to follow:

Step 1

Please ensure you have filled in the Lateral Flow Registration & consent form and hand this back to the person who presented you with your test kit box. Please ensure you have filled in all the boxes on the form as this prevents reporting issues later on down the line.

Step 2

Please thoroughly read the instructions on how to administer your test before you start to open any packages inside the box, this is to prevent any contamination. Once you have familiarised yourself with the instructions please take the time to check all of the contents of your test kit box.

Step 3

Please also read the instructions ‘COVID-19 Lateral Flow Self Testing Reporting Guide’. This guide shows you how to access the online form that you will need to be able to submit your twice weekly results to us. You can access the short form via your smartphone or computer, simply access the weblink provided and paste into your web browser.
