ABOUT HIDRAMAR GROUP

Located in Las Palmas Port (Gran Canaria), Hidramar Group has been offering technical support, fabrication and repairing services to the Oil & Gas, Maritime and Mining sectors over 25 years.

Since 2014 Hidramar Mining, one of its divisions, is operating in West Africa providing technical support to the mining industry contributing to the right performance of the mine project.

OUR FACILITIES

We have two shipyards based in Canary Islands, covering 17.000 square meters in Tenerife and 10.000 square meters in Gran Canaria.

In order to achieve the quality and timing demanded by our customers, our facilities are equipped with modern and specific machinery that ensure our capabilities from heavy fabrication to precision, in which we make use of overhead cranes up to 126 tons, cargo capacity up to 600 tons, hydraulic cylinder benches up to 35 meters and 380 bar, CNC machinery, quality lab, among others.

Our Free Trade Zone condition gives us the advantage of a better cost-effectiveness and faster response.

ENGINEERING During the last decade, Hidramar Group has significantly grown due to our engineering team and its great results managing on large scale projects. We have an extensive experience in the conception, planning and execution of engineering projects developing a standardized process to meet the excellence.

We offer a wide range of services in the engineering field, from initial feasibility studies, detailed engineering design to the construction, commissioning and final handover.

By operating in different sectors, we can transfer knowledge between industries to the benefit of our customers; the experience in the strict sectors (Mining, Maritime and Oil&Gas) combined with our client focused perspective allowed us to offer the best solutions.

TESTING & COMMISSIONINGTo verify the physical and operation condition of the equipment reduces break down hours, avoiding danger situations and increasing the lifecycle of the machine. Our technicians will examine the critical component of your machine to meet the OEM specifications and our commissioningteam will guarantee the correct performance of your machines to achieve the productivity expected.

FABRICATIONOur workshop in the shipyards is the perfect emplacement for fabrication and delivery; controlled production conditions, all type of resources available, reduction of lead time and material waste as advantage to increase cost efficiency, quality and safety.

If the fabrication should be done in the mine, we will deliver a mobile workshop and our high skilled and certified workers will be ready to work in the field.

MOBILE MAINTENANCE

Hydraulic-mechanics is our origin, and over three decades after we have been positioned as benchmark in the region.

We have teams of technicians and workers from different disciplines who together will perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance to guarantee that your mining fleet is running 24/7.

We have designed specific work-benches to use in the mine and ensure the correct maintenance of the critical and big dimension hydraulic elements.

For bucket & tray refurbishment and structural reinforcement we have certified welders and welding procedures for different materials.

Our vast experience giving maintenance for the heavy industry gives us the possibility to work with every installation in the mine, from haulage system and conveyor belt to water pumps or mining mill machine.

We can offer the maintenance of a critical equipment to a full maintenance planning for installations, and our engineer team work closely with the OEM and the client to offer the best solution for process plant upgrade or modification.
