This a Mobile application to capture Government assets for GIS based planning for annual/prospective plan for the state of Jharkhand. This is an android based application and can be ran on any Android Based Device.

This application can be utilized by any department.

This is a modified version of ODK Collect provided by Google.

We can map Data onto Map as per geo location recorded by Mobile through which collected data is forwarded , and we can analyze data of that Specific Region as per our requirement

ObjectivesWhy are we doing this?

Practically we have found that there is scarcity of electricity in the State of Jharkhand.

Remote Districts are highly affected. Android Devices are cheap and consume less power as per setting

up of Personal computers (PCs). Main Motive is to provide better governance by utilization of mobile

services in government sector i.e. the transformation of e-governance to m-governance.
