The Coachman Caravan Company was established in 1986

with just 18 staff who hand-built 200 caravans each year in

a small factory. Today a lot has changed; our team is

almost 200 strong and uses state of the art technology and

manufacturing techniques, to produce three ranges of fully

bonded caravans. However, some things have remained

the same; your Coachman is still carefully built by fully

trained craftspeople, to the highest standards.

Therefore you can rely on our reputation for producing

luxurious, reliable and practical caravans which offer high-end

specifications and flexible accommodation.

ABCtechnologyYou can relax in your Coachman caravan knowing there is no

Even so, our 2018 season caravans are all of a practical and

competitive weight; by using innovative materials and our

Advanced Bonded Construction techniques (ABC), we are able

to ensure every Coachman is of the highest quality, durable and

easy to take to your favourite destination.

ABC has been developed over several years and through

removing the need for screws in the outer body shell it is

designed to virtually eliminate the threat of water ingress.

We’re so confident of its effectiveness, that every Coachman

comes protected by our comprehensive 10-year water ingress

warranty as standard (terms and conditions apply).


STRONG & SEAMLESSThe strong and durable body frame is made

up of a tough, Polyurethane (PU) material and

we use the very latest production techniques

which together are virtually impervious to water

and have been proven through rigorous testing.

Coupled with our traditional production methods

and our keen attention to detail, every Coachman

is made to stand the test of time.

RIGOROUSLY TESTED WATER RESISTANT COMPETITIVE WEIGHTSCoachman meticulously quality check every

caravan at several key stages throughout the design

and manufacturing processes. Once the finished

caravan rolls off the production line, every single one

then undergoes comprehensive multi-point checks

before the caravan can be released for delivery.

Each Coachman is fully bonded using innovative

materials, specialist adhesives and the very latest

build techniques that together virtually eliminate

the threat of water ingress.

Every Coachman caravan carries the “NCC Approved Caravan” badge. The NCC also conducts unannounced inspections at the Coachman factory to ensure continued compliance. NCC Approval gives you peace of mind that your caravan is legal and safe.
