Signalling PowerThe AEG range of railway industry UPS systems has been developed specifically for integration into rail infrastructures, to support signalling systems and other critical, high integrity loads.

Improves availability and minimizes operating costs The system is equipped with two rectifiers to utilise the power of two independent mainssupplies; the 25kV traction supply or the alternative power from the public grid,e.g. 3 phase 400V. The system is capable of supplying sensitiveloads with secure power. Additional reserve power, such as a dieselgenerator, may not be required in many cases.

Standard UPS Systems

With a range of UPS systems from 500VA to 8MVA we manufacture systems to meet every conceivableapplication including data centres, ticketing, emergencylighting, passenger information systems, communication and control centres. Single phase UPS are available in both off-line and on-line modes and in free-standing or 19” rack configurations. Three phase UPS are availablefrom 10kVA to 1MVA modules. Up to eight may beconnected in parallel for power upgrade or redundancy.AEG UPS meet IEC 62040-3 requirements.
