We will accommodate you as much as possible.There will be a complimentary breakfast at your hotel.With the possible exception of an outing to Starbucks, say goodbye togood coffee. They dont drink coffee here. Well, instant, but thats notreally coffee, right?Expect lots of corn, potatoes, sweet potatoes, beets, rice and chickenWe will try a restaurant or two. MoneyThe Peruvian Sol (plural: Soles pronounced SOUL lays)The present exchange rate is 2.5 soles to the dollar.For the best rate, wait to exchange your dollars until you get to Arequipa.You can use dollars in the Lima airport.
