What is Education?

• Education in its general sense is a form of learning 

in which the knowledge, skills, and habits of a groupof people are transferred from one generation to

the next through teaching, training, or research.• Education is a profound philosophical exploration of

how we transmit knowledge

in human society andhow we think about

accomplishing that

vital task.

between 18 – 48 [30 Years]

India’s Higher Education system contributes about 3.5 LakhEngineers and 25 Lakh University Graduates every year.

The report highlights that only about 17.45% of engineering

graduates of the year 2011 were employable. National Associationof Software and Services Companies' (NASSCOM) survey of 2011showcased that over 75% of IT graduates are not ready for jobs andfurther brought into notice how India's $60 billion outsourcingindustry is spending almost $1 billion a year training them to be fitfor jobs.Sangeeta Gupta, Senior Vice President, NASSCOM said, "Ourengineers are not unemployable, they just don't have industry-ready talent. In other words, they lack the skills required for the

jobs that are available to them."
