STEP 3: Developing A Cohesive Division(WorkHawaii + Youth Services Center)
• YouthBuild participants are dual or consecutively enrolled into the WIA Youth or Adult Program
• YouthBuild Participants and/or family members are enrolled into other Division programs that serve:• Dislocated Workers• Homeless individuals and families• Individuals with disabilities• Public housing individuals and families• Section 8 individuals and families• Veterans

• On-going communication between program and administrative staff
• Implement actions to improve referrals enrollment and follow up practices
