IFS(Trg.)/35(1)/05rrraining on NFSA-2013/2016-17/376 dated 01.07.2016 and toconvey the administrative approval of the Central Government for incurring totalestimated expenditure of Rs.7,62,OOO/-(Rupees seven lakh sixty two thousand only) toFoodCorporation of India (Fel), New Delhi for conducting three training programmes forMasterTrainers on Implementationof National Food Security Act, 2013, Tora period ofthree days each for a total of 150 participants (50 participants per training prgramme)

2. I am further directed to convey the sanction of President of India for drawal andpayment of Rs.7,62,OOO/-(Rupees seven lakh sixty two thousand orily) to FoodCorporation of India, New Delhi, for conducting three training programmes for MasterTrainers on implementation of National Food Security Act,2013, for a period of threedays each for atotal of 150 participants (50 participants per training programme) from

States/UTs.

3. The above sanction is subjectto the following conditions:

(b) FCI will make arrangements for conducting training programmes at Institute of

FoodSecurity (IFS), Gurgaon.

(c) The amount shall be spent for the purpose for which rt is being sanctioned. Felshall restrict the expenditure on individual items as follows:

4. After completion of the trainingprogrammes. alongwith the Utilization Certificates,Fel shall send the list of participants,feedback received from the participants, a copy ofthe presentations made and a copy of the training material circulated to the participants

to this Department.

Keeping in view the funds available under the scheme during cO 15-16. theadministrative approval of the Central Government is presently conveved tor incurring anexpenditure of Rs.16.69,367i- (Rupees sixteen lakh sixty nine thousand three hundred and si.\t~seven only) by the Food. Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department.
