    Course Programmes

    Upon registration, delegates will receive their

    welcome pack, relevant course material and a

    programme for week 1 of their chosen course. Due

    to the flexibility we are able to offer our clients, this

    may be changed to accommodate any

    modification of course modules during the following

    training week(s).

    Language

    It is advisable that delegates should have a good

    understanding of the English language in order to

    participate within the training sessions.

    Course Attendance Certificates

    Certificates are issued to delegates who have

    actively participated & attended their training and

    shown commitment to increasing their own personal

    development and progression.

    REGISTRATION

    Registration & Booking Procedure

    Once you have selected a course and have been

    offered a provisional booking, you will be asked to

    complete the registration form. Early registration is

    recommended to avoid disappointment when

    courses are oversubscribed.

    On receipt of the registration form we will then send

    you an acceptance letter together with an invoice.

    Your booking is not confirmed until full payment has

    been received.

    When the invoice has been paid your registration is

    confirmed.

    Substitutions can be made only two weeks before the program

    starts.

    Payment

    Course places are not confirmed until a completed

    egistration form and full payment have been

    eceived.

    Course fees must be paid in full at least 2 weeks

    before the start of each course.

    Offers & Promotions

    Any person registering for a course must advise Zabeel

    of any promotional offer they are applying for at the

    time of registration.

    Discounts can not be added after documentation

    has been issued.

    Terms & conditions apply. Zabeel International reserves the

    right to

    remove the offer without notice.

    Group Discounts

    A "Group" is classed as any one Client who is

    sending more than four delegates on one course.

    This only applies to a group from the same

    organization attending the same course, on the

    same dates. These group discounts are only

    applicable to courses outlined in this brochure.

    The group discount applies only to registrations that

    are made at the same time. For example, if a

    company wants to receive one free place, fournames of delegates need to be given together at

    the time of registration.

    This discount can not be used in conjunction with

    any other promotional offer.

    Alterations to the Programme

    Zabeel International reserves the right to

    improve or make amendments to courses or to the

    published programme or to cancel any course at

    any time and to offer an alternative date, a full

    refund or a credit, without liability for any

    consequential loss or damage.

    Cancellations

    Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

    Cancellations may be made at any time and a

    refund will be given in accordance with our

    cancellation conditions. It is accepted that fees

    paid may be carried forward to another course.

    Cancellations are subject to the following:

    For cancellations more than 4 weeks before the start

    of a course, 100% of paid fees may be carried

    forward to another course or full refund given.

    Less than 4 weeks and more than 15 days, 70%of the

    fees can be carried forward to another course or

    alternatively a refund of 70% of the course cost can

    be given.

    Less than 15 days, 50% of the fees will be carried

    forward to another course.

    For cancellations received within two weeks of the

    course start date or if a delegate fails to attend the

    course, 100% cancellation charge will be made*.

    *Wherever possible, every effort will be made to carry forwardyour payment and accommodate you on an alternative date.

    However, in certain cases some additional costs or charges may

    be incurred.
