Dear campers,

The longest stretch of the marvelous, very picturesque and well-indented coast, and also the greatest number of islands of the “Thousand Island Coast” belong to Zadar County. Among them are Kornati National Park and Telaš ica Nature Park as a micronesian series of glistening jewels. The Zadar region borders with four Croatian national parks: Plitvice, Paklenica, Kornati and Krka.

Today Zadar County is among the most famous camping destinations in Croatia, with more than one hundred big and small auto camps that offer quality with modern technical features, ecological certifi cates and adequate programs of animation for families and the young. Auto camp „Zaton“ Nin is thus the fi rst and only Croatian camp with Supercamp features, according to the standards of the German ADAC and the prestigious chain „Leading auto camps“.

Camp „Šimuni“ on the island of Pag and „Soline“ in Biograd na moru are proud members of the Croatian camping brand „TOP CAMPS“, while the naturist camp „Sovinje“ on the island of Pašman is one of the remaining pearls designed for nude camping lovers in Croatia.

We point out to campers the new and fast motorway that makes it possible to quickly and easily reach the sea. The Zadar region is situated between the mountains and the Adriatic seacoast. It is characterized by various landscapes full of contrast, an excellent gastronomic offer and hospitable inhabitants. It is an area where culture, art and tradition are combined. Useful information for campersIt is not possible to enter the auto camp during the night. In case you arrive from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., you can stay, for the fi rst night, in the parking lot next to the reception.

The camping lot must be free by 1 p.m. at the latest on the day of departure. If this is not done an extra day will be charged.

The driving speed in the camp is limited to 10 km/h. Motor vehicle driving is not permitted during the afternoon and night rest, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Electricity attachment is the universal EU connection of 220 V, or 10A.

It is not permitted to spend the night in the open or on any surface not reserved for camping.

Auto camp ZATON Holiday Village is an ideal place for family vacation and entertainment. It is situated under the shade of a pinewood, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, and everyone can fi nd a place for himself there. Zaton Holiday Village disposes of a surface area of 100 ha, of which the camp takes up 30 ha. The sand and gravel beach is 1.5 km long. There are 1,300 arranged camping lots with attachments for water, electricity and drainage, as well as 200 camping lots with electricity attachment. The auto camp is equipped with six modern toilet blocks.

There is a rich catering offer, different restaurants, animation for all ages, rich sports offer and anchorage for boats. The auto camp has repeatedly been awarded with various acknowledgements (ADAC Superplatz, ANWB, Federcampeggio…).

Auto camp ŠIMUNI is situated not far from the small fi shing village of Šimuni, on the shores of the island of Pag. A pleasant Mediterranean climate and a black oak wood offer shelter during hot summer nights. You will always fi nd your peace under the sun on the 3 km long beach of the auto camp.

The auto camp extends over 35 ha, and it is full of attractive locations for camper, caravan or tent accommodation, while the camping lots differ in size and equipment. Within the auto camp there are 80 completely equipped mobile houses of various fl oor area and overlooking the Pag archipelago. Even though Šimuni locality is only at a distance of 1 km, in the camp you can fi nd all you need for an ideal vacation.

The rich gastronomy offer and the attractive prices are one of the reasons why our guests always come back. Day-long animation from a professional animation team will make your stay merrier. The polite Šimuni auto camp employees are at your disposal for all your needs, and the pleasant Mediterranean climate will ensure a care-free vacation.

Auto camp SOLINE is situated under the shade of a thick pinewood, next to the sand and gravel beach. It consists of 20 ha of attractive camping lots for campers, caravans and tents, in terrace descent towards the shore. The newly built promenade that extends along the entire auto camp and the most attractive Biograd beach leads to the center of the town.

The camp offer is substantially enriched and well-provided for by a grocery shop, butcher’s shop and fi sh market, fruit and vegetable stalls and homemade wine and grappa. The rich gastronomy offer of Kameni dvori restaurant, where day-long animation is organized on its terrace, make your stay care-free, while the children’s playground and rich sports and recreation contents make it active.

A special “zone” with mobile houses equipped with all modern needs for such camping has been constructed within the auto camp. The size of the houses is 32 m² + terrace, and can accommodate up to 5 people. It consists of two rooms, each with a shower, toilet, kitchen and living room, all air-conditioned.

Auto camp KOZARICA is situated right next to the beach, in a pinewood and at only ten minutes on foot along the shore to the center of Pakoštane. In the camp there are: a grocery shop (self-service) coffee shop, children’s playground, sports contents, coffee bar, snack bar, Internet café …

There is a total of 450 camping units:- 290 camping units with electricity attachment with a free choice of the camping lot - 160 numbered camping units with electricity attachment which can be booked and of which 80 with water and drainage attachment. Toilet facilities are placed in many places in the auto camp. The auto camp offers newly arranged and air-conditioned apartments, ADRIA mobile houses with air-condition and toilets and ADRIA camping trailers.

The locality of Pakoštane, where the auto camp is situated, is located between two historical cities, Zadar and Šibenik, with a unique position on the sea shore and Lake Vrana (ornithological reserve) is an ideal place for vacationing.

Auto camp PLANIK is situated in Ražanac, a typical Dalmatian fi shing locality. It is situated at the locality entrance, in a thick pinewood forest of unique tree tops. The magnifi cent view overlooks Velebit Channel with Mount Velebit rising from a crystal clear sea in the background. The camp is equipped with modern toilet facilities, reception, restaurant and recreation grounds for a pleasant stay in a natural and peaceful ambience and relaxing atmosphere. Almost the entire camp is shaded. A shop, post offi ce, surgery, pharmacy…can be found in the vicinity. While adults enjoy the Dalmatian cuisine which you can taste in our restaurant, we have prepared animation programs for children and various games. Auto camp PAKLENICA is situated within the hotel village and right next to a beautiful gravel beach. It is only at 10 km from the motorway (exit Maslenica), only 1 km from the entrance to Paklenica National Park, and at 800 m from the center of Starigrad. The auto camp capacity is around 500 people. The camp has 2 toilet facilities (renewed last year), 1 chemical toilet and a toilet for disabled. The auto camp guests have at their disposal all the facilities of the hotel: open swimming pool, fi tness, mini golf, tennis, table tennis, beach volleyball, a newly built wellness with a closed swimming pool, saunas, massage and whirlpools, hotel restaurant, pizzeria, aperitif bar, tavern, supermarket and daily animation for children and adults. Excursions are organized in Paklenica National Park (rock climbing, climbing, trekking, cycling), Kornati National Park, Krka National Park, Plitvice Lakes and the Zrmanja River (possible rafting and canoe-safari).
