Application

Zentrament Super BV is a chloride free super-plasticizer andwater reducing agent for concrete. It imparts high workabilityto concrete mixes so that large or difficult pours can be carriedout with little or no compaction. It can also be used to achievelarge water reductions in concrete mixes of normal workabilitythereby producing higher early and final strengths

Advantages

Zentrament Super BV makes concreting operations moreefficient, helps to reduce overheads and costs, improvespumping efficiency and provides optimum flow andhomogeneity.It also considerably increases the workability andflow properties of the concrete without the need for additional

mixing water. It reduces the internal friction and thixotropy ofthe mix to a minimum without the risk of segregation therebymaking pumping operations more efficient.Zentrament Super BV can also be used as water reducingagent. It ensures greater economy in the amount of mixingwater required and so produces high early and final strengthswhile maintaining good workability. Zentrament Super BV isparticularly suitable for the pre-cast industry.

Instructions for Use

Add Zentrament Super BV at the job-site shortly beforeplacing. The same applies to ready-mix concrete. For bestresults mix the concrete for 1-5 mins, depending on power andvolume of the mixer. With ready-mix concrete allow 5 mins, atmaximum speed. The flow effect lasts 45-60 mins after the

addition of Zentrament Super BV. The concrete shouldtherefore be placed without delay. MC-Concrete Retarderscan be added to give longer period of workability without lossof slump.Results of tests conducted on concrete using ZentramentSuper BV
