1. To install the Outlook connector, click on the following link http://www.gocb.me/links/ZimbraConnectorOLK_8.0.6.1063_x86.msi 2. The Installation will guide you through the steps required to install Zimbra Connector.

4. Accept the terms and click next until the Installation is complete.

1. Click on the Start menu on your computer. Select Control Panel.

2. On the View By tab select Small Icons

3. Select Mail

5. The profile Zimbra should be already added. If not Click on Add and Type Zimbra

6. Click on Email Accounts…

8. Click on Change…

9. Select Other and click on Zimbra Collaboration Server click Next.

Zimbra e-Mail System10. Under Server Name enter zimbra.outlookmail.com select Use Secure Connection. Enter your full cbnorcal email address e.g., Help.desk@cbnorcal.com and type your password. Click Apply

11. Under Connection Settings select No proxy

12. Under ZDB configuration select Store ZDB in the profile click Apply and OK.

14. Congratulations! You have successfully configured Zimbra.
