Nejen pro bnho spotebitele, ale i pro drobnho podnikatele nebo obchodnka je komern databze mezinrodnch znaek IEC obtn dostupnou zleitost.

    V souasn dob nen v R dn bn dostupn ekvivalent mezinrodnch znaek, kter by mohli projektanti i uivatel zazen s eskmi odpovdajcmi nzvy pout. K tomu me napomoci tato pruka, kter obsahuje zkladn mezinrodn znaky na schmatech s pekladem nzvu a vznamu v eskm jazyce.

    Oddl 1 Specifikace zmru Vydn tto pruky o grafickch znakch na schmatech pouvanch v elektrotechnice podle mezinrodn normy IEC 60617DB (databze) m slouit k podpoe innosti projektant, konstruktr, vuky elektrotechniky na odbornch kolch i irok veejnosti.

    Doposud neexistovala pro technickou veejnost monost si ovit podobu znaky v kontextu mezinrodn normy s eskm pracovnm pekladem nzvu a popisu znaky tak, jak to umouje tato pruka. Rovn je podporou pro vyuvn pedmtovch technickch norem, nebo znaky, kter jsou v tto publikaci dvojjazyn vysvtleny, jsou v technickch normch (IEC) bn pouvny.

    Projekt je zpracovn jako vbr nejpouvanjch grafickch znaek zaazench v dvjch stech IEC 60617-2 a 60617-12 a nyn obsaench v platn databzi IEC 60617DB s pslunou terminologi, nzvy, popisy a podle poteby i jejich vkladem/popisem. Vybran sti databze znaek z anglick verze IEC 60617DB byly pepracovny do textovho editoru (vetn jejich vyobrazen ve form tabulkovho pehledu) a doplnny eskmi nzvy vkladovch poloek.

    Vzhledem k rozsahu cel oblasti elektrotechniky bylo provedeno uren a vbr podle okruhu problematiky a zamen pouit znaek obdobn, jako je strukturovna databze grafickch znaek IEC 60617DB. Znaky jsou azeny do oddl podle oboru vyuit, napklad znaky pro vodie, penos, elektronick soustky, instalan vkresy, logick prvky a obvody apod.

    V pruce je tak prezentovno necelch 20 % nejpouvanjch znaek z databze.

    Souasn databze IEC 60617DB obsahuje cca 1800 grafickch znaek pouvanch na schmatech v elektrotechnice. Pvodn byly tyto znaky obsaeny v samostatnch normch souboru EN 60617 (idt IEC), pozdji ale tyto normy IEC a tm i EN v paprovm vydn byly zrueny, a tm k 1. z 2005 zanikl i pslun soubor eskch norem SN EN 60617. Tyto znaky byly nsledn pevedeny do elektronick databze IEC, pstupn na zklad nikoliv prv nevznamnho licennho poplatku na webovch strnkch IEC. Elektrotechnick normy, ale i normy jinho charakteru, obsahuj odkazy na tyto grafick znaky prostednictvm sel/kd znaek umstnch ve zmnn databzi bez monosti zobrazen tvaru znaky, co je problematick zvlt u norem s bezpenostnmi prvky. Vznik tak prosted, kter me mt negativn dopady pro konenho uivatele vrobk, spotebitele, protoe nkter hospodsk subjekty na trhu funguj s omezenou technickou informac, kter je pro jeho prci dleit, ppadn i nezbytn. Obdobn problematick pstup je tak u cel ady odbornch stednch a vysokch kol.

    Databze IEC 60617DB Grafick znaky pouvan na schmatech je koncipovna jako soubor "list" popisujcch jednotliv grafick znaky a jejich atributy. Nahrazuje soubor norem, tj. vechny sti IEC 60617 s prbnm doplovnm novch znaek.

    Podle poadavk jednotlivch nrodnch komitt IEC se prbn pedkldaj do stanovenho procesu IEC nvrhy na nov znaky, resp. nvrhy na pravy znaek stvajcch. Berou se v vahu i nvrhy od jinch technickch komis IEC. Schvlen znaky se pak dopluj do databze IEC 60617. K tomu se vyuvaj postupy podle smrnic ISO/IEC Directives.

    esk republika je dlouholetm aktivnm lenem v tto oblasti mezinrodn normalizace IEC technick komise IEC TC 3 a subkomise SC 3C.

    Znaky v databzi IEC 60617DB jsou roztdny podle klovho slova, tvaru, funkce, pouit/aplikace, registranho sla (ID) znaky, statusu a dvjho publikovn.

    Ukzka snmku jedn znaky (snapshots) z databze IEC 60617DB:

    Tato databze je dvojjazyn, s daji dostupnmi v anglitin a francouztin. Pi prohlen listu se znakami (a jejich daji) lze pepnat mezi tmito dvma jazyky. Zalenn jinch jazyk do obou DB tak jako je obvykl u terminologickch norem IEC 60050 zatm IEC nepipout.

    Bnmu uivateli normy, zejmna spotebiteli i drobnmu podnikatelskmu subjektu, nebo nvrhi (konstruktrovi) pokud potebuje znaky jen pro uritou oblast, je vak tato databze pstupn pouze jako celek.

    Struktura a obsah databz IEC jsou autorskm prvem IEC. Pstup do databz je IEC Web Store www.iec.ch a je placenou slubou.

    Databze jsou udrovny/obsluhovny leny tzv. validanch tm (VT), stanovench lenskmi zemmi IEC v rmci technick komise IEC/TC 3 Informan struktury, dokumentace a grafick znaky. Poadavky na modifikace a nov znaky jsou zpracovan pomoc vmny dost adresovanch validanmu tmu od nrodnch komitt IEC a technickch komis.

    V souasnosti tento druh norem ve form databze je stabiln a perspektivn, vyaduje pouze drbu a pstupnost v reimu on-line. Je nstrojem pro ty, kte potebuj pouvat tyto grafick znaky.

    Pehled o pouit znaek U kad znaky v tto pruce jsou v rubrice Popis uvdny seln daje se zvorkou, informujc uivatele/tene o tom, kde/ve kterm pracovnm/funknm zamen se jednotliv znaka pouv (ve kterch dokumentech, vkresech nebo schmatech je vyuiteln).
