NEED HELP?Park Rangers patrol the Zoo and can help with first aid, locating a lost person or items as well as provide directions. Just look for a staff person wearing a shirt with a gold star on the front and ‘Park Ranger’ on the back. You may also visit the Park Rangers Station, located next to the Gift Shop.

For the health of our animals and guests, the Phoenix Zoo is a smoke-free facility.
