Introduction:

During mid May of 2007 a field exploration crew from Golden Harp Resources conducted a program of hand stripping on a portion of its Copper Hill Gold Project in the Shining Tree Area of Northern Ontario. (fig. 1 ) The purpose of this work was to hand strip rock exposure in the immediate vicinity of a known gold soil anomaly with inordinately high anomalous gold, in order to observe any obvious mineralization. Further, it was also thought that this work would assist with structural infonnation necessary to plan future drilling in the immediate vicinity of the soil anomaly, associated with a co-incident IP anomaly. All of this field work was conducted on claim 1190916.

The results of this work and recommendations from this work and observations made are presented in the following sections of this report.

Property Location and Access:

The Copper Hill Gold Property is a very large property covering approximately 56 square miles ofland in Knight, Natal, Tyrrell and MacMurchy Townships (figs.1&2). All of the work conducted during the course of this limited program was conducted on claim 1190916. The entire property is located approximately 25 km. due west of the Town of Gowganda Ontario.

The property is cut in and east west direction by Provincial Highway 565. This highway allows access to other major highways such as Highway 144 allowing access to other major mining centers such as Timmins and Sudbury. From the centre of the property to the City of Timmins is approximately 230 km. via Highways 565, 144 and 101. Alternate access from Timmins is via the Grassy Lake lumber road; this road trends in a southerly direction from the south end of the city for 108 km. to the property.

Line 8E on which the hand stripping was carried out may be accessed directly from Highway 565 and this line intersects the highway at station 457 N. It would be approximately a 225 metre walk at azimuth 210 degrees along Line 8E from the highway to the start of the area which was hand stripped.

Claim Block:

All claims controlled by Golden Harp Resources are shown in the accompanying claim map( fig.2); as stated previously all work was conducted on claim 1190916 in

MacMurchy Township. The claim's No.1 post in on the MacMurchy / Natal Township line approximately 400 metres due west of the intersection of the SE comer pin of Macmurchy and Natal Townships.

Personnel:

During the Golden Harp field program actual hand stripping or field work was conducted by Kevin Filo, Peter Bilinki, and Julius Mazvihwa on May 4,5,6,7, and 20th

• A total of 4.5 man days of work were completed during the aforementioned time period. Mr. Filo resides in Timmins Ontario and Mr. Bilinki in Massey Ontario. Julius Mazvihwa is a resident of the City of Vancouver B.C. The program was supervised by Kevin Filo and any geological observation were made and recorded by Kevin Filo, P.Geo.

Discussion o(Work and Results:

On each day (specific dates shown above) of work geotechnicians carried out hand stripping of overburden, moss and tree roots utilizing grub hoes and shovels; no heavy equipment was utilized. Upon removal of the major debris the stripped areas were swept with a steel broom so as to better observe the exposure. On the 20th of May some time was taken by the author to sketch the stripped area and record some of the geological features in the vicinity of the known anomaly. It should be understood that only cursory geological observations were made and shown in fig.4A; the purpose of this program was not detailed mapping, but to observe the orientation of contacts for future drill hole orientation.

From observations made by the author it was noted that no obvious mineralization was evident in the immediate vicinity of the highly anomalous soil geochemical anomaly.(fig.5) However, in the exposure that was initially covered by soil just under the anomaly the author observed a contact between a felsic intrusive and highly carbonatized or altered volcanics. A short distance from the contact a narrow pegmatite dyke ran parallel to the contact (photo 1). This information suggests the implied change is strike direction by the geochemical data was indeed supported by hard geological evidence observed from hand stripping. Further, the change in strike direction possibly suggests a fold or other type of structural trap similar to that found the Cook Zone Gold occurrence as shown in figure 5 just west of the current area of interest.

At the time of writing some assays for this area were pending and it is likely that further sampling in this area will be completed prior to drilling. A separate report for assay results will be filed on this project during the up and coming months.

Conclusions and Recommendations:

The hand stripping work provided important information with respect to strike direction of lithological units in the vicinity of the geochemical anomaly. The geological data supported a change in strike direction suggested by preliminary geochemical information. This will greatly assist with the planning of drill hole orientation for this area.

Upon receipt of initial sample results from the area of interest should be reviewed to ascertain if further sampling is warranted. This review would also further assist in the planning of drill holes in future.
