A R3500 service fee will be charged for use of the lapel mic, projectors & screens in static mode as

Dietary Requirements
The Aquarium does not provide Halaal certified catering. Should a client require Halaal certified
meals it will be ordered from an outside, Halaal certified, caterer. A minimum of six meals are
required for the service to be rendered and the Two Oceans Aquarium requires seven business
days’ notice for the service to be provided. A surcharge of R295 p.p. will be charged for each
Halaal meal ordered.
All food provided during events at the Aquarium is Halaal friendly.
Only vegetarian meals will be offered as meat free alternatives. Any other dietary
requirement, lifestyle, medical or religious will be subject to a surcharge of R295 p.p. excl. VAT.
All dietary requirements need to be communicated 7 business days prior to the event and
final numbers confirmed 5 business days prior to the event.
