Start glueing weatherboard/clapboard panels to exterior faces, line up with top and ends of walls and windows. Panels will sit on decking wherepresent but cover down 3mm otherwise. Test fit first to make sure you are happy with fit before glueing, again glue to walls but not to flooring. 2mm square sticks will fit into all interior and exterior corners to finishoff weather boarding. Take your time because all boards will line uparound the house and a good lineup will show and a bad will show even more. Leave to dry until well dried.
When dry use side cutters to snip off overhanging sticks then using a flat sanding board carefully sand a chamfer to top of all weatherboards.

When dry use sanding board to sand outside faces vertical. This is nowyour Barge board and makes a noticeable difference to the finished model
Tip: Use a thin wash of Shellac to seal all Mdf from moisture.
