A. MASTER FIELDS
1. Create Salary Register Fields
i. Leave Master
Go to Master Field menu and click on Create Salary Register Fields and select Leave Master option to view the
definition window.
In the definition screen, the employer can define the types of Leave details.
Click on Edit tab to define types of leave. There are many types of leaves, viz., Casual Leave (CL), Earned leave
(EL), Privilege leave (PL) are to name a few.
Enter the name of leave in appropriate field (meaning) and short name in (day) and click on update and close.

ii. Earned Allowance
Under the earned allowance, you can allot different types of allowance such as, HRA, Conveyance, Medical
Allowance, and Educational Allowance.
Click on select button then enter into appropriate field, Allowance, Remark, Type [whether Fixed (F) or Percent
(P)].
Then enter the Days present (DP), weekly holidays (WH), EXD, PL, CL,SL. [Y/N]
After that Maximum/ Minimum/ Actual (M/X/A)
Then Round To
After filling all the details Add and then Close
Close

iii. Other Allowance
Under the earned allowance, you can allot different types of allowance such as, Performance Bonus, Medical
Reimburse, Project Allowance, Arrears, and Telephone Allowance.
Click on select button then enter into appropriate field, Allowance, Remark, Type [whether Fixed (F) or Percent
(P)].
Then enter the Days present (DP), weekly holidays (WH), EXD, PL, CL,SL. [Y/N]
After that Maximum/ Minimum/ Actual (M/X/A)
Then Round To
After filling all the details Add and then Close

iv. Deduction Allowance
Under the earned allowance, you can allot different types of allowance such as, Mediclaim, Telephone, Income
tax, Advance and Other.
Click on select button then enter into appropriate field, Allowance, Remark, Type [whether Fixed (F) or Percent
(P)].
Then enter the Days present (DP), weekly holidays (WH), EXD, PL, CL,SL. [Y/N]
After that Maximum/ Minimum/ Actual (M/X/A)
Then Round To
After filling all the details Add and then Close
Close

v. CTC Master
Click on select button, and then Define the name of CTC Allowance.
Enter Name and Description.
Add and Close.

vi. Scale Of Pay
Click on select button
Enter all the required fields according to the scale of pay enter the rate of employee as defined in below w
indow.

vii. Define Wages/ Calculations
Enter all the wages of an employee such as , Basic, HRA, PF wages, loan field, ESIC wages, PT wages, OT round.

Click on select and enter the allowance type, e.g. PF wages and all other required fields for the calculation.

2. Create Master Fields
i. Superior Level Master
To create master entry of employee
Enter TKT NO, Name, Description.
Save and close

ii. Location/ State Master
To enter the Location, State code.
There are option like ADD- to add the details of following fields
Modify- if you want to modify any kind of information
Delete – to delete the data.
Back- back to main menu.

iii. Branch / Department Master
TO ENTER The Branch Name, Department
Each employee must be attached to specific Branch( if company is having more than one office)

iv. Designation/ Grade Master
In the designation master, you need to enter all the designations.
Designation entry for employee is compulsory, if the employer is deducting the TDS.

v. Product Master (For Pieces Rate)

viii. P – Tax
PT is a specific tax. And is different for every state.
Insert amount of P-Tax/ code
According to P-Tax limit, insert Min _Wages, Max _ Wages and Wages.

i. Pf/Fpf/Esic/Dept/Branch Editing
Click on Type of Edit and select your suitable option to edit the details of each employee under PF, Fpf, ESIC ,
Branch.

Go to Master Field and then select Browse master field, in that select Payroll Allowance to view the below
defined window.
Enter the employee name and TKT No.
Enter all the Earning Heads , allowances and Deductions

all the details as per required field

5. Import Master
Using import master option, the data you have entered in the templates can be imported to the application
Click on the Browse button and upload your saved template file.

To upload the excel file go to import master through excel.
Select a template name by clicking browse button for which you want to import the data.

B. TRANSACTIONS
1. Pf/ ESIC Data Entry (Monthly)
To enter the monthly transactions for PF/ ESIC for every employee.
In this screen , by default the cutoff limit amount , employer share , employee share for PF & ESI will be given as per
rules.
You need to select the effective month .and enter the details as per your requirement , you can do manually by
entering each employee TKT No

To check PF contribution for employee on yearly basis.

To check ESIC partly in year. Part –I in 6 months and Part –II in other 6 months.
