Eat smaller meals

Sit a while after a meal (blood pressure hits rock bottom then)

Try and design a simple routine and stick to it
Stretches (10 min.) + Jogging (10 min.)
Swim (30 mins. in the morning)

Usually more lethargic after going to toilet than from standing after sitting a long time
