NS
Dear friends,
The scientific committee and I are particularly honored to welcome you to Paris for ‘The New IFODS 2018!’ (Before New ICACT) from 13th to 15th June 2018.A large number of Scientific Societies involved in the fight against cancer will be meeting together to give you all the necessary information for your daily practice and give you the best medical training in Oncology. Many of the top international experts in the field of Oncology will also be present, thus contributing to very high-level discussions!
We look forward to these three days of oncology training being both friendly and highly constructivethrough their scientific exchanges, contributions and discussions.
We are particularly delighted to present new subjects such as medical-economic topics and sessions devoted to research and therapeutic education. We have also opened our doors to patients’associations to give them the opportunity to exchange with professionals.
A special session will be organized in close cooperation with AERIO and ESMO. We will be awarding the “Claude Jacquillat” prize as is custom every year.
Following proposals that were made, this congress will adopt certain ASCO practices and hold special dedicated sessions similar to the “BEST of ASCO – Meet the Professor” sessions. These will be organized together with “La Lettre du Cancérologue” which has obtained the rights. The new Congress will change dates and now be held following the ASCO congress.
This new organization of the Congress will be structured around multi-disciplinary sessions which willprovide you from A to Z with all the information you need to care for your patients. We are also providing simultaneous interpreting so that every speaker may make their presentation in French or in English, as they prefer, thus meeting the expectations of all the participants.
We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible and sharing a very pleasant three days with you in June 2018! Please do not hesitate to talk about this Congress to your colleagues so that they also may attend to the ‘The IFODS 2018!’
With our sincere thanks for your support.
