AND IF YOU’RE REALLY SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS
The Internet – love it or hate it, it’s an irrevocable trend that’s here to stay. Communication, education, information and inspiration – it’s allavailable with a few clicks of your mouse, at any time of the day or night.
For Kleeneze, the Internet is just as important for your business. Here are some of the benefits:
• You can order at any time of the day (or night!)
• Track your delivery or view consignments when you need to
• There are no handling fees for orders over £250
• You can check your credit balance or view your GSA and Certificate
of Income
• Have access to the DSA with all the training, corporate news and
your pictures from events
• Check stock availability and latest product news
• Key goods returns notes
And the list goes on. It will make your business much easier to run and it just got cheaper because if you make a one-off payment
£82.50/ €121 by credit or debit card by 28 February (three weeks left!), we’ll give you 13 Periods of Internet service for the price of 11. Plus, you’ll also be entered into a draw to win a year’s FREE Internet charge or one of 20 Retail Kits. Phone the Service Centre today and explain
you’d like to pay for a year’s Internet charge with 2 free Periods.
Throughout the month of January, Kleeneze was testing a new UK orderdeadline – changing it from 9.15am to 1.15pm. That meant, for the past four
weeks, you were able to order up until 1.15pm on a Monday to receive your
delivery by Wednesday and, naturally, up until 1.15pm on a Wednesday to
receive your delivery by Friday (for UK orders only ).
Your feedback has been incredible! Here’s just a selection of some of your emails
which have led to the decision – the new order cut-off times are definitely here
to stay!
THE NEW UK ORDER CUTOFF IS HERE TO STAY!
“I would like to thank you for the extended ordering
times. For us personally, it was an excellent enhancement
to the business. It may have only been four hours
to you, but it meant a full 24 hours to us and many of
our customers,”
Geoff and Diane Owen,
Gold Executive Distributors
“We drop catalogues on Friday for pick up on Monday,
with stragglers done on Tuesday and Wednesday. The
new deadline effectively takes a whole day off the
delivery time. So, for example, we can finish our pick upon Wednesday morning, place the order and still have
the products delivered to us before the weekend. This
really helps customer service. We love this initiative!”
Steve Johnson and Rosemary Rowntree, Bronze Executive DistributorA number of Distributors still have not re-registered.
This is your business and in order to continue running it,you MUST re-register by 28 February 2009.
Unlike car insurance or a mobile phone contract where itwill automatically carry on to the next year, it is a legal
requirement to confirm acceptance of terms and conditions. If you’re serious about your business, ensure you are
running a professional operation and re-register today.

Les Greenwood, 76 years young, picked up his 21% certificate at Rob Forster’s Success Seminar
at the end of last year. Les personally retailed over £12,500 in 2008 and his consistent activity
with cards and flyers - on a daily basis - has built him a team destined to reach Gold within the
next couple of sales periods! What a top up to his pension and what an example he is setting
for all the youngsters!
(sent in by Heather O’Neil, Bronze Senior Executive Distributor)
Brian Pritchard signed up to Kleeneze on Monday 19 January 2009. His new kit and his 50
catalogues were waiting for him when he arrived home from work on Thursday 22 January.
He lives an hour from me so he called me that Thursday evening to ask how to put together
his books. On Saturday 24 January I went up to his house with Gwen to give him some initial
training and an induction. After work on Monday 26 January he called Gwen to say he
had orders of £235 and he still had 2 catalogues to collect. He was using the presentingapproach and at nearly £5 return per catalogue for a first run out I think you’ll agree this is a
fantastic result!

PRODUCT FOCUS
Whether you’re at home or abroad, transporting
your belongings safely can always be a worry. Pick-pocketing can happen any time of the day or nightwhether it’s busy or quiet. Of course, it’s impossible
to suggest you never carry any of your valuables
with you, so here’s an alternative solution.
The Over Body Secure Bag has four spaciouscompartments, meaning you can spread yourpossessions around making it harder to locate them
all at once. There’s also a concealed zip pocket and
a mobile phone pocket for extra security and an
adjustable strap so you can keep your bag as closeto you as you need to.
It’s perfect for use in busy shopping areas or even
on holiday when sightseeing, plus it’s made of highquality leather, so it’s a fashion accessory to boot!
Order the Over Body Secure Bag frompage 35 of The Health & Beauty Catalogue, code 047236-92, only £15.00/ €22.50.

UP AND COMING KLEENEZE STARS!
The voice messaging system that has the potential to transform your business was launched yesterday to SEDs and is set to roll out to rest of the
Network over the following days. The announcement of Kleeneze’s very own messaging system, Ezereach, has caused a huge buzz within the
Network and although newer Distributors may be wondering what the fuss is all about – they need only turn to our top earners and ask them.
As quick and easy as sending an email, voice messaging is so important for this particular business, because it’s not just about introducing people
in – it’s about helping them stay and achieve their goals. The relationships in Kleeneze are ones that are based on support and value and for thatreason, the telephone is an indispensable business tool.

ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN Issue 05 06.02.09
We’re old romantics here at EWB, especially in the
run up to Valentine’s Day. So, the recent news
that two Distributorships have requested to
renew their wedding vows in the caribbean, has
us all in a flutter.
The Ultimate Destination will be transformed into
a Valentine’s Voyage - possibly our most romanticconference yet! Next week, we find out who the
final qualifiers destined to share the love will be!
Of course, you may have your eye on Cape Town
by now! Our Distributors of the Year, Mike and Jean Day, got in touch
with us this week to tell us about their trip to this stunning location. If
you didn’t believe that Kleeneze was all about the 5-star experience,
then maybe this will convince you!
“Here we are in Cape Town
for Jean’s 60th birthday
along with our daughter,
Lisa. You may recognise
that famous person
standing with us, but guess
what? He was staying atthe same hotel that you
could be staying at when
you qualify for the Spring
Destination 2010!
If it’s good enough for this
legendary rock star, it’s good enough for Kleeneze!”
www.cape-town2010.co.uk
EWB often receives stories from Distributors who have gonebeyond the call of duty when it comes to delivering theircatalogues! While we unfortunately don’t have space to printall the masses of good deeds that you seem to performingthroughout the year, here are some of our favourites:
“I went to a customer's house to pick up my catalogue and noticedhis porch and front door were open. I could see my catalogue on
the hall table so I called out to him, but the only answer I got was afaint groan.
I went into the house and saw Edgar slumped in his chair. He wasbarely breathing and soaked in sweat, so I phoned 999 and while I
was waiting for the paramedics, looked around for any medicationthat he might be on. In less than 3 minutes, the paramedics arrivedand gave him oxygen, confirming that Edgar was having a heart
attack. Then the ambulance crew came and took Edgar to hospital
And, no, there wasn’t an order for me, but I felt pleased that I had
been able to save Edgar’s life.”Peter Russell, Gold Distributor
“We were out collecting catalogues when Tracy knocked on the door
of a bungalow. She heard a voice shout for help, but thought itmust be children messing about, so knocked again. Again she heardthis cry.
She looked through the window and saw an elderly gentleman on
the floor with his walking frame on top of him, blood on his face, inobvious distress. Tracy managed to climb through the window andopen the door so I could get in. After helping the gentleman up and
making him comfortable, we called emergency services and he wastaken to hospital.”
Paul Timmis and Tracy Wrigley, Silver Distributors
KLEENEZE EMERGENCY SERVICES
As more and more people are forced into asituation to look for ways to earn some extra
cash, our Distributors are breathing a sigh ofrelief as they know they are safe from thethreat of redundancy forever!
“After deciding that we wanted a bit of extracash to pay for our wedding and
honeymoon, we stumbled across a littleadvert in our local newspaper aboutdelivering and collecting catalogues.
We both worked full time and afterwatching the video, decided this wassomething that was flexible enough to work
around our jobs.
Through consistent retailing, we built up aregular round of customers and sponsored afew people into the team. This regularly paid
us over £500 every four weeks and was afantastic addition to our full time incomes.
In 2008, we decided that we wanted to
qualify for the Autumn Destination, andsubsequently held Gold for 3 periods overthe summer. It was this time of year when
redundancies were being talked about at myworkplace and business was slowing down.
The week before Vienna, work hadannounced 31 redundancies and werelooking for volunteers. After spending a
weekend away with a group of amazingKleeneze distributors and taking somefantastic inspiration from them, it didn’t take
me long to decide to put in my noticeknowing that Kleeneze was always going to
be the long term plan and allow us toescape the rat race!”Keith Tomlinson, Gold Distributor
“We started our Kleeneze business nearly 6
years ago. Being employed by amanufacturing company always concernedus about our long-term financial future,
something that Kleeneze had the answer to.
Over the past several months my employers(Venture Capitalist) have been looking toswitch manufacturing from the UK to a low
cost economy and to say that theatmosphere within the workplace has beensour is an under statement.
We are so glad that we took the decision tosecure our financial future with Kleeneze.
The personal development route that wehave taken since we have started to buildour business has helped me tremendously in
coping with the negativity that has besiegedthe workplace.
Most of my co-workers are faced with
pending redundancy, for some it will be amatter of weeks, whilst for others it will be amatter of months. Christine and myself arenot fearful of what lies ahead, as we have
the foundation of a successful Kleenezebusiness that we intend to develop over the
coming months, and years ahead.
My tip to all Kleeneze distributors is to get
hold of Ed Ludbrook’s latest book 100%Confidence, it explains that in a recession,
why we are in the right business, at theright time.”Kevin Cottis and Christine Wilding,
Senior Distributors
