SPDS) Passive Dehydration SystemRaw natural gas requires dehydration in order to avoid the formation of hydrates
reduce corrosion and meet sales specifications before it is sent downstream
In todays competitive environment, evaluating performance and identifying
alternative methods for dehydration is becoming increasingly important. Crof
Production Systems, Inc. will properly size and lease a dehydration system to
meet your needs with accompanying service included in the lease cost. Wet gas
flows upward through one or a series of vessels each containing our specially
formulated enviro-DRI desiccant. The product absorbs the moisture, and
dissolves into a brine solution that is drained to the water storage on location
Unlike the by-product of the glycol unit, the by-product of the PDS is a
non-hazardous liquid material that can be retrieved by any vacuum truck. The
system is designed on a 30-60 day service cycle schedule. CROFT recommends
the design to have two or more bottles in order to continuously dehydrate the ga
while one of the vessels is being serviced, avoiding shutdowns. This state of the
art modular design will effectively handle all fluctuations of various well volumes
and flow rates.

JECTIONCIS) Chemical Injection System
The CIS was originally designed for H2S removal and has been reformulated as
a multi-use chemical injection system. CROFTs atomization methods and
static mixer implementation ensures your chemical is being fully utilized,
decreasing the amount needed and saving you money. When used for H2S
removal, the CIS is a safe and effective alternative to amine plants without the
need for permits or the large capital investment, operating without emissions
and fired vessels. CROFTs highly concentrated scavenger removes H2S while
decreasing the number of gallons required. The CIS is ASME coded and uses
TXAM solar injection pumps to eliminate emissions and maximize reliability. For
H2S Removal, the CIS is also NACE compliant. The system is installed byexperienced CROFT personnel, who will make sure everything is running
smoothly, and continue to monitor the system on a monthly basis.

GPARTSACS) Ambient Cooling System
High gas temperature can have a negative effect on the water remova
capabilities of a dehydration unit. The rule of thumb being with every 20 degree
increase in temperature, water saturation capacity within the gas will double
Reducing the temperature to a more manageable condition is essential to
effective dehydration and amine operation.
CROFT designs and manufactures ambient cooling systems which passively
cools gas; dropping out water and condensates for separation and extraction
Our ACS quickly dissipates heat with no moving parts and zero emissions
Additionally, when coupled with our FCS or PDS systems, we can reduce the
amount of enviro-DRI used for dehydration.

JTS) Joule Thomson SystemCroft Production Systems offers skid-mounted Joule Thomson System
designed to handle gas streams between 1 to 10 MMcfd. The JTS
simultaneously reduces the water dewpoint of gas, recovers valuabl
hydrocarbon liquids and lowers the BTU of the gas stream to sales contrac
specifications or levels suited for high-speed engines. These preassembled
systems are delivered ready to be installed on location and are contained on a
single skid.
Gas enters the JTS and travels through a series of heat exchanger that pre-coo
the gas. The gas then passes through the JT valve, taking a pressure drop an
cooling further. Liquid fallout after the JT valve is collected in the cold separato
and sent to storage tanks. The cold gas then travels back through the hea
exchanger and exits the JTS.

GSS) Gas Sweetening SystemGas sweetening, also known as Amine gas treating, refers to the
process of removing H2S and CO2 from Natural Gas. Carbon
Dioxide and Hydrogen Sulfide are often found in natural gas
streams. CO2, when combined with water, will create carbonic
acid which is corrosive. H2S is an extremely toxic gas that is very
corrosive to equipment and must be removed. CROFT designs
and manufactures gas sweetening amine plants with rates of up
to 10 GPM of amine. Using the given parameters for your
particular gas stream we will design the most efficient system to
handle your specifications.

FULL SERVICEWhy Lease?Croft Production Systems, Inc. mainly leases. The reason behind leasing is to
effectively match customer specifications to the proper processing equipment
In the past, equipment was sold to clients who, after a successful production
term, moved the equipment to another well site. The equipment was outside
its capability and did not preform to expectations of the client. We know
takes years to build a reputation and seconds to lose it. Leasing also affords
the client the ability to scale up or down the size of a unit as production
changes. Equipment is released at the end of a wells economic life keeping
these assets from filling up company supply yards. If leasing is not of interest
units can also be sold with out a service contract. Croft Production Systems
Inc. designs, manufactures and installs its own equipment.
What Full Service MeansCROFT is not only a full field service company, our highly trained office staf
also provide full support along the way. CROFT recognizes the field and office
personnel must communicate without any interruptions or obstacles in order to
give the best support to those who are important; you, the Customer. Our staf
is constantly working to improve equipment, processes, service and
amenities, so we can be our customers most dependable One Stop Shop.

Full Service
InvoicingCustomers will only receive two invoices when leasing with CROFT; one
invoice for the Equipment Lease and one for any additional Chemical Costs
when necessary. This philosophy is based upon the CEOs 30 years
experience as an operator in dealing with vendors nickel and diming every
item. We dont like adding fuel surcharges or equipment replacement charges
(i.e., pumps, valves, etc.) to client invoices. As a company, we always strive to
be as transparent as possible, which includes invoicing.
Consistent Service QualityCROFT spends hours training every employee in order to sustain the Service
Quality we are known for. On a daily basis we train our employees to consider
the continuous Improvement Cycle. To do so, CROFT Service Technicians are
put through a rigorous service
program in order to exceed the
standard education required
and to understand the
production site as a whole. In
understanding the production
site from down hole to sales
meter, the service technicians
are able to troubleshoot with
more proficiency, complete field
reports thoroughly and make proper production recommendations to the
customer. This service program is a continuous quality improvement program,
which is ever evolving to give the customer a more satisfying experience each
time. As a company, we believe in a holistic approach to training, which
cross-trains all of our employees, not just our service technicians, and takes
them through a rigorous nine week training focused on natural gas processing
and customer service.
