• The Minister has requested that DHBs refresh their SOIs in 2015/16 (section 139A(1) of the CE Act).
• SPEs need to be tabled every year.
• DHBs will again have the choice about whether they extract modules or present the entire Annual Plan for tabling.
• We will provide advice in the new year about how to go about this.
