Well at Work launched March
1986 as “Health Yourself”.
1995 was our first full colour
issue (4 colours!).
But don’t let the cartoons fool
you, the health issues were
just as serious, and the health
challenges the same: Finding
time and motivation to eat
right, exercise more and
relax.
In April 2000 we became “Well
at Work”. This emphasised
our unique niche of
providing workplace-centric
health and wellness advice.
By 2010 we had a sleeker look
and were covering all aspects
of wellness, including stress,
relationships, financial health,
exercise, nutrition and safety.
Our latest design is sleek, fresh
and energetic.
It aligns Well At Work with our new
digital platform, Activate.
