Kids and sleep dont always go together.
To the relief of many of us there are actually lots of things that we can try to make bedtime fun and entice our little bundles of energy to stay in bed and get the sleep they need.
1. Pattern
Pyjamas that do not fit can cause the kids to feel constricted or to get tangled up when they are asleep, which in turn wakes them up.
What do you need to know
The Solution
That is why you have to avoid cheap mass produced pjs for kids because they are often made from old fashioned patterns, which results in sets of pyjamas that dont fit well
Good quality kids pyjamas are made from more modern patterns that take into account the changing shape of kids over the years, resulting in a much better night sleep
2.Durability
When kids sleep they often wriggle, kick and dance as much as they do when they are awake
The Difference
Cheap pjs are thin and can be torn very quickly and tend to fall apart after being worn a few times.
Good quality kids sleepwear on the other hand is will definitely last much longer and end up being a better investment for your money.
3. Comfort
A lot of time and effort are invested into the production of a pair of good quality pajamas
What to Avoid
Avoid pyjamas with uncomfortable seams, scratchy material or buttons and zips, when shopping for a younger child that cannot yet speak. A seam that scratches the childs delicate skin every time it moves, can result in lots of tears and less sleep.
4. Design
Kids spend most of their time in pyjamas.
Quality Matters
Good quality sleepwear comes in a wide range of colours, patterns and designs giving you a chance to find something that your little one will love.
Cheaper versions will probably look great, while they are new and will be loved initially. But after the pattern melts off during the first wash.
