you, please let us know by signing and returning the form.• We also have a sign up sheet tonight if you would like to
sign up for a time. We will send home reminders.• Phone conferences are acceptable depending on academic
performance.• We will try to schedule the conference with both the math
and language arts teacher.• No walk ins. Thank you for valuing our time and the time of
