Improving on traditional Central facility design was key to creating this resort style village.

This design provides: ◻ Communal dining facilities

and tavern which has been located adjacent to the sports oval, which doubles as a sports viewing location;

◻ A 100 seat dedicated cinema; ◻ An external BBQ adjacent to some

of the sporting facilities;

◻ Sports facilities include a three lane lap pool, tennis/basketball court, gym, indoor cricket, golf driving range, and a sports oval.

With Stage 2 now complete, Karntama Village sets a new benchmark for village design.

Decmil Australia was awarded the contract for the Design and Construct of the accommodation village as part of Fortescue’s Christmas Creek Expansion. Decmil managed the overseas manufacture of two storey accommodation units for this project.
