Reader Review:I loved this captivating book!The characters are so welldeveloped I felt like I truly got to know them. I thoroughlyenjoyed the antics of the strong femalemain characters aswell as their close friendship. I came to care deeply for themand foundmyself rooting for them every step of the way.I also got a kick out of the Palm Beach County setting andsmiled every time the characters were in a local spot I knowso well. It’s rare to read about places that are well known tolocals but not usually mentioned in books.

I find it so admirable that the author, Donna Carbone,managed to use her daughter’s own horrific experience ofbeing raped as the inspiration for a captivating, upliftingmurder mystery. She intelligently raises awareness withouthitting the readers over the head with the heaviness thatone would expect in reading about rape. Best of all, I keptthinking I knewwho themurderer was, but I ended up beingtruly surprised at the turn of events.This is a terrific bookthat everyone will surely enjoy!
