Purpose of the Position

The incumbent will be responsible for providing

technical advice and capacity building services

to farmers to improve their farming skills and

productivity levels in crop, horticulture and

poultry that will enable farmers to meet their

�nancial obligations.

Minimum Educational Quali�cation and

Experience Requirements

• 4 year University Degree with specialization

in Agribusiness Management/Agricultural

Economics/Crop Science/ Agronomy and

Horticulture/ Sustainable Crop Production

or degree in a relevant specialization (Crop

Science).

• At least 5 years relevant professional work

experience in the Namibian crop and

horticulture industry as well as practical

knowledge in poultry farming.

• Training of Trainers skills.

• Computer Literate (Power Point, Excel, Ms

Access, Ms Word)

• Field work �tness
