Transcript

Gamma Theta’s Aunt Stella Program Purpose: The Aunt Stella program is an ideal program to illustrate lifelong friendship to new members upon entering Alpha Omicron Pi.

How It Works: Alumnae will be paired with a new Gamma Theta member be their pen pal – yet remain anonymous! Letters will be exchanged between the new member and the Aunt Stella throughout the new member’s first semester in AOII. The Aunt Stella will provide advice, guidance and an initiation gift. Letters will be mailed to the Alumnae Relations chair and given to the new members to ensure the secrecy.

Requirements: 1. At least one letter a month; can be more, but this is the minimum for both the new member and Aunt Stella.

2. The Aunt Stella will purchase an initiation gift for their new member, of a $20 maximum.

The Reveal The Founder’s Day Brunch will take place Saturday, January 12th at 11:30am in Clearwater. There will be a mini revealing at the AOII house prior to this, and the pairs can head over together. If you are unable to attend another reveal can be arranged, or the reveal can be done there if you are not able to meet before!
